It is a little overwhelming when you ride up to the cemetary and it is so sprawling, hill after hill looking out over the water. It brought an instant tear to my eye thinking about all of the lost lives fighting for our country. Very, very beautiful!

Some of the best views in San Diego from a high vantage point. A must see on the way into Cabrillo National Park

We thanked those whom gave their lives to give us our freedoms. It is truly a beautiful spot and we should honor all who gave it all. Thank You.

Lovely, relaxing place to visit the past and memories of my pop. 21 gun salute and bagpipes played at the service. Lovely views. A great place to remember those who have served our country.

The best view in San Diego is enjoyed by my grandparents atop the sloping hill of Cabrillo point. Peaceful and beautiful beyond words, it is an absolute testimony to San Diego and the government that this remains undeveloped and a sanctuary for visitors and San Diegans. The staff is very helpful in finding the markers and they always have a... More

What a great place to visit. The views are spectacular and the meaning of the place is outstanding. It is like visiting Arlington National Cemetery only on the West coast.

We didn't go for the cemetery as we didn't really know what was there. We were just exploring but no one could not be moved by the sight of all those graves. Makes you really stop and think !!!!!

Very beautiful setting for our military personnel. It is on a peninsula with one side overlooking the bay and the city and the other facing the Pacific Ocean. Peaceful, Respectful, Wonderful.

National cemeteries always evoke patriotic pride and unending gratefulness for the country we live in, the freedoms we enjoy, and the ones who have sacrificed the ultimate for us - this one even more so for the wonderful vistas and peaceful surroundings. A short drive up Sunset Cliffs Drive, this is a must visit location.
