This is a very special and scared place to me. Not only did I grow up in San Diego, the Naval town, I have dear friends and family buried here. This is a very important part of San Diego History and our Nations History. Beautiful and Sacred spot. Our Navy history is strong and this is a place that honors... More

Beautiful. What a location. Always puts a lump in my throat to see all of those white crosses so perfectly alligned. Visit on a holidy and see all the flags on the graves. Really patriotic. More

Best real estate of any cemetery I've ever visited. The feeling that you experience while visiting here is unbelievable.I went there with a friend who is a San Diego local to visit a particular grave site to pay our respects. I was moved with the beauty of this place. More

It seems strange to be 'reviewing' a National Cemetery, but this is a very special place that needs to be visited and honored. The majority of people who visit Point Loma pass this cemetery without a second glance and that is a shame. Please take the time to pull over and walk among the graves and read about those who... Simply the most beautiful National Cemetary in the US. I've been to Arlington National Cemetary, the Punch Bowl in Hawaii, and a few WWI cemeteries in France, and this one is more beautiful than any of them. This is where I'd like to be buried. Moving, and peaceful. More

I visited Rosescrans to see the lighthouse and take some photos. The park is very well kept, the lighthouse interesting and the views remarkable! More
