I always enjoy coming here to pay my respects or those who gave there lives for our freedom. A beautiful setting overlooking the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. It is taken care of beautifully.

Imposing cemetery overlooking both San Diego Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. Rest in peace - my fellow servicemen and women - and your spouses! Absolutely magnificent place! Stop and share you respect for those who paid the ultimate price for your freedom!

Very nicely situated and respectfully done. I would recommend a stop off here to pay respects, but also for the views as well. It's a very peaceful place, as well.

On your way to the lighthouse make this a must stop. A perfect place to honor our Vets and if you are here for Memorial Day you will see thousands of flags placed on each grave by the Boy Scouts. On a clear day, looking east and south the view to the mountains and down into Mexico is amazing. On... More

The sight of rows and rows of tombstones was awe-inspiring. We didn't see a place to park or visit the cemetery and weren't sure of the proper way to pay our respects, so we just drove past.

A beautiful location to pay your respects to those that have served America. Breathtaking views combined with the humbling scenes of the cemetery make for a nice, patriotic visit.

We have three active duty children currently serving in the US Army and Navy. It seemed appropriate and respectful for us to pay a trip to the National Cemetery. It's true what everyone says about the spectacular views of San Diego on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. But, when you stop a moment to realize all... More

The cemetery is between a naval base and Point Loma lighthouse. It is on top of cliffs overlooking the Pacific ocean. Location is beautiful for those who have served.
