Parking is the only issue that all will encounter going there for this heavily attended event. Need to pre-book in advance but don't do it through ParkWhiz. Go directly to Ace Parking's website. Parkwhiz cheated on me by holding my $ for a year, suddenly canceled all my parking slots just a week before the event, then tried to sell... More

This was my first comic con and it was awesome and the convention center is big to hold what it can. The staff kept it under control the panels was just best experience I could have had.

As first time vistors of San Diego and Comic Con (finally and won't be the last), we had an amazing time. As I said to my friend, we would definitely have to cut ourselves in several pieces to see and attend everything as the Convention Centre is humongous! Definitely need to wear comfortable shoes if you're going to be walking... More

Parking here is shockingly expensive! That said, parking has gotten quite expensive in pretty much all metropolitan areas, particularly in tourist cities. I would suggest keeping your car at your hotel or motel and taking a taxi to the Convention Center, or parking in the area--though area parking can be expensive as well. As Convention Centers go, some find ours... More

The con is always a hectic time to visit but also a ton of fun. Able to accommodate thousands of people (though the con seems to stretch that) the facilities were always clean. The staff was bossy at times but I'm not sure if they were the con's staff or the building's staff. Perfect local for a convention of this... More

I don't know what happened, but this year wasn't that bad! It seemed like we could breathe walking around.

Love going to Comic Con! San Diego is very nice and I love to stay on the Island. Love taking the fairy over to the convention center. It takes no time at all and its a beautiful ride over as well as back. The event is starting to have its issues as does most large scale events. People cut in... More

We finally made it to Comic Con and it was a dream come true. Yes, it's crowded, crazy, overwhelming, expensive - and wonderful. Never mind the tv & movie hype - we loved all things comic-related. panels were great, Exhibit Hall AMAZING, and people incredible. Put it on your bucket list.

Beautiful place. Close to hotels, restaurants and Boardwalk. Parking is convenient below the building. My only complaint is that it's not close to the freeway, so it takes a little while to drive to it off the I-5. The convention center overall is a bit small. I've been to the auto show there and in LA. San Diego's is a... More

Very nice to visit, just a little hard to get into. We attended the San Diego Car Show. There was plenty of space.
