I count my experience looking for whales a success, even though we did not see a whale. I still enjoyed the scenery and the friendliness of the employees. They did their best to make our experience positive. I also count my experience a success because I usually get motion sickness but I managed not to throw up like many of... More

Did the north and south tour, for a total of two hours. Great history given by guide of San Diego Bay. The south tour you will get to see a lot of different Naval ships. Really enjoyed it. Drinks and snacks available, but pricey. More

There were several options. 1 hour, 2 hour, dinner, sunset/drinks, etc. We chose the 2 hour afternoon Bay cruise as we wanted the longer experience and it was only a few dollars more than the 1 hour. After an on-line coupon we only paid $22 per person. We thought this was a Great Value for 2 hour harbor cruise. We... More

I took my mom on the 2 hour harbor cruise when she visited. It was relaxing and somewhat interesting but not overly exciting. Fun to see the navy boats, Dole banana boats, sea lions at the bait station, etc. I wouldn't consider this a must do but I did enjoy our time on the boat. More

Took the 2 hour harbor cruise and even as a native Californian, learned new tidbits about San Diego. Nice way to relax on a Sunday afternoon with tickets under $30. Our captain Nick had a great sense of humor and kept us more entertained than an episode of Gilligans Island. Definite recommend. More

We took the 1 hour Hornblower Harbor Cruise and had a GREAT time! The captain/narrator was very informative and funny. We wished we had signed up for 2 hours instead because it was so fun. :) More

This is a wonderful adventure for anyone that just wants to sit back and enjoy the view. The cruise is either one or two hours long and goes along the bay of San Diego. As a resident of the city, I was more into just sitting back and relaxing. My daughter and young grandson made an afternoon of it. Jack... More

The ship is big, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, whether you want indoor or outdoor seating, or to be at the rails. The captain was knowledgeable. What a great way to be out on the water on a beautiful spring day. We saw LOTS of dolphins, which was cool, and since we saw no whales, we... More

This was an awesome experience! The ship is HUGE! Plenty of seating (after the initial take off everyone started moving around) hot food options, drinks, restrooms, helpful guides moving around to answer questions. The ship captain was really informative and funny and filled us in on lots of interesting facts along the way. He was interactive and kept us posted... More
