This is a wonderful overview of the bay, good for any age. Spend a few more dollars and take both north and south harbor tours. There is a stopover to unload the one tour and get people for another so it takes a total of 2 and a half hours. Do not jump on the pedicab to go to Seaport... More

The cruise is divided up into a one hour north bay cruise and a one hour South Bay cruise that can be bundled to save a few dollars. Although the cruise was very comfortable with informative and colorful stories by the guide, the staff at the ticket window was not very friendly. The cruise experience did compensate for this bad... South tour was great, then Capts changed and the narration went with the old Capt. Online would not accept a $5.00 off coupon and we found the price was always cheaper if you just walked up. Will look elsewhere next time.

I've done the harbor tour nearly every visit to San Diego--about 4 times now. It's a great way to see the city from a different view. The narration is interesting. Ships have never been particularly crowded.

I took the 9.30 AM whale sighting cruise today (17 April). I was a little skeptical about seeing a whale. It seemed like on was literally searching for a drop in the ocean. Well a little more than a drop, but the ocean is so vast. The migration southwards to Mexico happen in January and the northwards migration happens in... More

The ship was very nice, large, clean... Very comfortable. Think it was the Admiral. Staff was attentive with a couple o f volunteers to talk about marine life. Someone also gave historical information on sites we passed in the harbor such as the naval vessels. Very rough swells at sea but I did get to see a few sea lions... More

Took the champaign brunch tour of San Diego bay. The food is served buffet style before the ship departs. You are greeted as you board by a host or hostess with a glass of champaign and led to your table. The food tables are then opened. And oh was the food wonderful! Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Crisp white... More

This is a great value, very relaxing way to see San Diego Bay! For $26 each for a two hour tour you will see the highlights of both the north and south parts of the bay. In the north you will travel alongside North Island, one of the largest naval bases in the U.S., and if you are lucky may... More

The whale watching tour was on my bucket list. Unfortunately, we only saw a couple of juveniles that barely surfaced. We did see hundreds of dolphins. I wish that the woman on the loudspeaker would have stopped saying, "we tried our best" as it just kept reminding us of our disappointment (although the phrase "we tried our best" became the...
