I always like to stop and admire the scenery. Its breathtaking everytime. The ocean is so memorizing and at this location it is outstanding. At times I have seen dolphins and that just adds to the beauty.

I always make time for a visit to Sunset Cliffs and highly recommend you do too. This year we got carryout sushi and watched the sunset. Amazing views!

Gorgeous views of the cliffs and waterfront. And a great spot to watch the sunset. Easy to get to. We are first time visitors to San Diego and this was exactly the type of scenery we were hoping to see when we got here!

A buddy and I visited to take photos and wanted to explore a bit and the views are just amazing. The hiking is light and non-intensive so most people could visit and experience everything without a problem, but bring your hiking shoes. If you are searching for photography locations this one has plenty and many different themes to photograph. This... More

Very pretty views of the rocks and ocean hitting against them.....traffic can be a little bad getting there because there is only 1 way in and out but worth the drive in.....very great nature picture taking.

Beautiful, serene place to watch the sun set into the ocean. It was not crowded and the cliffs are amazing.

If you are close by, don't miss this park. Be careful in parking as they have narrow entrance and exit. Though it was a cloudy evening, the sunset view was amazing with sun light filtering through the clouds and making amazing patterns. I took some awesome pictures. If I had not taken those pictures, I'd certainly thought that someone photoshopped... More

Beautiful view over the ocean at sunset. A inexpensive activity that doesn't take much time, 15 minutes is plenty if time to spend. Just down the road from Ocean Beach.

This was a great place to get to see the magnificent cliffs that pepper the coast line. There are a number of chain fences keeping you back from footpaths which descend to the beach. I did not venture down, but I saw a number of locals and surfers going down to the beach. A great side trip or more if... More

This park runs along the coast for almost 2 miles until you reach the Naval base. It has a great walking/running path, views of the ocean from atop the rocks/cliff and beautiful sunsets when its not cloudy. There are plenty of free parking places along the street and area to fish as well. Just take Interstate 8 west and follow... More
