A fun place to stop and see. We stayed a few hours and just walked along the area and enjoyed the view. Parking can be a challenge.

went to see the sunset and tides coming in and OMG was it fantastic. The views as the tides are coming in and the sun is setting is just amazing. Lots of small lots along the area to park for free. Lots of people sitting around, climbing the rocks and enjoying the sunsets.

Really beautiful views- free parking, full of locals... all great things! The cliffs are beautiful, but there are plenty of warning signs that they are unstable.... doesn't stop people from climbing down and spending a day on the beach there. We didn't go down, but there were plenty of photo op spots at the top of the cliffs!

Loved the location. Visited during the week so it could be more crowded on the weekend. We arrived a good hour or two before the sunset to get a good spot. Our favorite spot is just south of the main open viewing area. Just wish the college property was part of the public park.

I always like to stop and admire the scenery. Its breathtaking everytime. The ocean is so memorizing and at this location it is outstanding. At times I have seen dolphins and that just adds to the beauty.

Gorgeous views of the cliffs and waterfront. And a great spot to watch the sunset. Easy to get to. We are first time visitors to San Diego and this was exactly the type of scenery we were hoping to see when we got here!

A buddy and I visited to take photos and wanted to explore a bit and the views are just amazing. The hiking is light and non-intensive so most people could visit and experience everything without a problem, but bring your hiking shoes. If you are searching for photography locations this one has plenty and many different themes to photograph. This... More
