We did not do a tour with them but rented bikes for half a day. The guys were really helpful and so easy to deal with. I didn't do the private tour, but did rent bikes for a full day (25 per day or 35 for 2 days) great service and friendly staff! upon returning the rental we purchased a bike which they happily wrapped up for us to take back to Canada!

We did the Cabrillo Monument tour. Ten miles up after going around the harbor. It was not easy but do-able. Amazing view! Came back down and cruised around the harbor and marina area. Matt was our guide and he was great!
