Checked in online or so I thought. They resold our seats and we had to wait an hour. Then they gave us wrong color tickets and captain rudely told us we were out of luck and wouldn't be on the last tour without even checking that our names were on his list. Captain not meant to work with people. He... More

We've done quite a few of these tours. New York. Washington DC, San Fran, and of course the Wisconsin Dells. So we were excited to join the Seal Tour...Although you cannot go wrong along the SD watetfront, we were disappointed. The tour did not at all go into SD, but rather stayed at coastline and entered the waters. On the... More

Did this with my entire family for my brothers birthday - there were 14 of us! The tour was actually very informative and interesting (especially if you're interested in history) scenery was beautiful and it was very cool going from the land directly into the ocean. We never left the bay and the water was very smooth. Once on the... More

We enjoyed a water front tour on land for about 30 minutes and then Captain Jay drove the vehicle into the water for a scenic cruise of the shoreline, narrated by Mr. Hollywood. The entire tour lasted approximately 2 hours. Jay did a good job operating the vehicle /boat and Hollywood did an excellent job explaining the area.

My fiancée and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary (pre-marriage) by traveling to San Diego. We booked this stupid seal tour because my fiancée had never been on a bus-turned-boat tour. We were late by a few SECONDS because my fiancée had a bathroom emergency. Granted, it's our fault for not being by the bus 10 to 15 minutes before... More

Jay our Skipper and Hollywood our Tour Director were fantastic. This is something I have been wanting to do for some time. The best part is being on the water and seeing so much. Don't miss this fun tour!

I've taken the Duck boat tours in both Boston & San Francisco so when we saw this brochure we decided to give it a try. Wow! what fun. These are NOT the old boats used on the Duck boat tours though but brand new especially designed ones for the Seal Boat Tours. It lasted about 1-1/2 hours and our two... More

Pretty much you pay to ride in a vehicle that converts from a bus to a boat. No seals. Only sea lions on a bait dock where boats get their live bait before they go fishing. The guide was informative, but we enjoyed our whale watching tour much better, and it was cheaper. Small kids would be very bored.

This was so much fun! Our tour guide Elise was full of fun facts and information! This is so worth the money! You actually go into the bay and right up to docks where the seals are laying in the sun!!
