It's a nice old fashioned park for kids. The rides are a bit expensive for what you get, but it's a great way for kids and parents to bond. More

We went to Mission Beach on Aug 28th. Easy to get to by way of the bus system. The beach itself was lots of fun. Playing in the ocean was fun. The water was cold at first, but you quickly got used to it. After playing in the ocean, we walked up and down the boardwalk. Lots of strange people... More

Mission Beach is a popular San Diego beach. You don't go to this beach looking for a quiet retreat. There are lots of people on the beach and the boardwalk.
