disappointed actually. A few boats. Carts selling stuff and street vendors. Midway carrier is here and the bridge, yeah ok. My suggestion, spend a 1/2 day here and move on. I wish we toured petco park. I blew that off for this walk. Not worth it.

Walking along San Diego Bay Downtown affords the traveler access to museums, restaurants, harbor cruises, a ferry to Coronado, and easy shopping. There are clean benches for people watching and a clean, modern restroom. The San Diego Visitors Center will distribute maps and information about local sites and transportation. The views are spectacular across San Diego Bay with pedicabs, walkers,... More

We had such a great time strolling slowly on the Harbourside. The little shops are very cute and idyllic, nice place for lunch.

Seaport Village is fun for shopping, snacking and dining, San Diego style. You can find souvenirs for everyone on your list. I love "The Tile Shop" - you may find tiles cheaper in Escondido or even online, if you're short on time on your holiday or just shopping for a few authentic, pretty tiles, this is your store. We also... More

This is a pleasant park adjacent to the Marina and Seaport Village with excellent views across the bay to Coronado. The park is well maintained and has Australian paper bark trees scattered throughout the park which is rare in the US and adds a level of charm to the park. Well worth a walk to escape the city.

We started walking the San Diego Embarcadero from the cruise ship terminal when our early October cruise stopped here for the day. Essentially it's a walk along San Diego's waterfront. You’ll pass restaurants , hotels, offered tours and museums all against the back drop of the beautiful San Diego Bay. It's really beautiful and safe. The sidewalks are flat an... More

Nice place to be around while in San Diego, from this place one can take an amphi tour (Road & Water) to have a great water experience. I found this place to be very neat & tidy.

The Embarcadero is a great park and a beautiful place to hold a car show. You can bike, run/walk or picinic and watch the boats go by. With the marina right there you can launch your boat. There are lots of great restaurants nearby along with all the great hotels. It's also located near the Civic Center.
