This was a perfect opportunity for my nieces to take surfing classes on a short weekend trip. The instructors were awesome! They were patient and super excited for the girls success. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will go back!

My 12 year old grandson, Holtan, took one lesson from Eric. It was amazing!! Not only did he get up the first time and ride some fairly big waves, he made a friend with Eric. He was terrific with Holtan. Highlight of the trip and worth every penny.

My girlfriend and I took a semi-private lesson with Kevin (just the two of us). He walked us through the basics on the beach and then had us catching waves in less than 30 mins. I'd highly recommend the semi-private option as we had an hour of coaching and hands on help in the water. We also got to go... More

I book two private lessons for my son and nephew weeks before the lesson time. Once we arrived at the red tent I noticed there was only one instructor. He said the other instructor was coming just running late. Ends up the other instructor never made it. So much for the individual lessons I already paid for. The instructor gave... More

I recently booked a trip to San Diego with one of the sole reasons being that I wanted to learn how to surf. I didn't really know what to expect but the experience exceeded any expectations I could have had. My private instructor, Erik, was fantastic! Kevin was another instructor there when I had my lessons and was great as... More

My sons (in their early 20s) and I had a surfing lesson December 2013. It was fantastic! Our instructor, Adam, was so upbeat, knowledgable, encouraging, and enthusiastic. We all had a blast. My sons were able to continue to use the equipment after the lesson was over. They really liked that. (I was too tired :-0) I also recommend the... More

Our 11 year old daughter took 2 private lessons from Kevin in December 2013. He was so energetic and enthusiastic about teaching her to surf. They provided the board and wet suit for her to use and even allowed her to use the equipment after the lesson was over. If you are unsure about doing a group or private lesson,... More

Kevin was awesome and I would highly recommend him if you want a fun, yet informative, California surf experience!

AmAZinG experience, better than I could have dreamed! Last lesson of the day and surf instructor Erik was fantastically encouraging and totally energetic & up-beat with all of us! With lots of heart, he completely cheered us on and was wonderfully motivational and TONS of FUN!! Having injuries, I was hopeful but unsure of myself, but I felt supported the... More
