We can see it from our hotel. Its a marvel of building. Its high sweeping design is outstanding. The bridge crosses the bay to coronado island.

Wow this is an incredible bridge. HUGE......and fun to drive over. You see a great view of downtown from on top. Well at least the passagers do. Drivers concentrate on driving.

The sensuous arc of the bridge is to me the prettiest bridge I've ever seen. The harbor cruise tour guide explained it's not merely artistic -- they added the curve for earthquake resistance.

Great free bridge to take over to Coronado. Lovely views of the bay and city skyline. There is no stopping to take in the views, so take the trolley or city bus over and to avoid the parking hassles. You get great views of the Navy ships, Coronado itself, yachts in the harbors, and the San Diego city.

The bridge itself looks ugly when one is driving on it but it does afford lovely views of San Diego downtown at night. However, no stopping is allowed anywhere along the bridge. When viewed from either Coronado or Downtown, the bridge does look impressive due to the distance it spans.
