Nice shops, but definitely overrated. It's a tourist attraction for the hotel. Leave Seaport Village and get out and enjoy the city. I did like the vendors that came down to display their interesting art.

Seaport Village is in a lovely setting on the bay in San Diego. There are lovely views walking on the ocean front walk. There are many little shops with goods ranging from toys to artwork to tee shirts to sea shells. In addition to snack shops, there is a food court for casual dining, and several restaurants for table service... More

While in the area my family spent a quiet evening walking around in Seaport Village. Beautiful waterfront location with many nice restaurants and shops and great views. You can find good deals in the shops if you look hard enough. Parking a little difficult and expensive.

A must-go place when you are in San Diego. It is a port-of-call for various cruise ships and a very good place to just walk around, check out shops and to try restaurants. Just like every touristy area, parking is almost always an issue and pricey. The closer you get, the more expensive the parking will be, as expected. Some... More

The trolley lets off across the street; no need to hassle with parking. If you're shopping or eating out, you will certainly have plenty of options here. Or just bring a Coke from home and spend a free afternoon people-watching. When we lived in San Diego, it was a favorite hangout when money was tight -- people, water, boats, sidewalk... More

I used to enjoy coming here, but my friends and I are so mad at the new parking situation. We had lunch there a few days ago in a restaurant (not cheap) and, fortunately we remembered to get the parking ticket validated at the restaurant, but after staying just 2 hours and 5 minutes, parking cost me $5, and I... This attraction is along the boardwalk near the arena. The boardwalk has a steady stream of joggers, bicyclers, skaters, and tourists. There are some shops and eating places adjacent to the harbor and others a few hundred feet away in a shaded area. This is a tourist area with prices to match. We saw police patrol a couple of times... More

Seaport Village is one of the stops along the trolley run so we decided to stop on a recent visit to San Diego. There are lots and lots of shops and places to eat. Most of the shops are very touristy, with the usual tee shirts, etc. Even so, it's worth a visit. The design and feel are fun and... More

NIce boardwalk setting with many shops and restaurants. Grab a map so you know what is offered within this complex as you have to go away from boardwalk to access stores. Shops are trendy and offer usual tourist selection, t shirts, magnets. There are some specialist stores where you will find unique merchandise, so be sure to wander into all... More
