We dropped into Seaworld to have a look rather than coming with a family. If you are serving military (US or allies) it is free for you and up to 3 others. We were not with our families so I can't comment on their reaction! I would definitely check the show times when you arrive and plan you day around... More

We went to Seaworld as part of our 3 week holiday to California. We were very disappointed with Seaworld. We live on the Gold Coast of Australia and have been to Seaworld several times and we thought the San Diego one would be similar to this, but it wasn't even close. The park was expensive to get into (USD 216.00),... More

We arrived to Sea World on a tour bus, and was a little worried about arriving after it opened, but with it being feb 2, the crowds were not too large. I had studied the map , online prior to attending and knew what we wanted to do. Upon arriving take a few minutes to look at the showtimes, and... More

Sea World is a great theme park. It has lots of sea animals, like Shamu. I think the sea animals and roller coasters were the best part. I think if you went there you would really enjoy yourself. -Kim Walker

We enjoyed the dolphin show, Clyde and Seamore and the rides, that was about it. The Shamu show was horrible! The "believe" show they have put together is horrible! I didn't see any kids going crazy over it and not a lot of adults. It felt like they were trying to do some "spiritual" show rather than a fun killer... More

We weren't sure about SeaWorld after a day at the San Diego Zoo (crowds, crowds and more crowds!), but we're so glad we did it! The best thing we did all day was stop at the Information desk and ask for a suggested itenerary. The woman there circled show times we should hit and we didn't miss a thing! (as... More

We had a really good day at seaworld san diego, the rides journey to atlantis and the river rapids go on them before you go home and not first you get soaked and walk around for a hour or two like that. We ate in the calypso bay smokehouse and had some really nice food. bbq chicken bbq ribs coleslaw... More

I was disappointed with Seaworld San Diego. It was very tired and needs a facelift. I was comparing it to Seaworld Gold Coast Australia and apart from the Killer Whale show, the Gold Coast Seaworld is much better. We did a behind the scenes tour which was a waste of time. We looked at empty pools and enclosures and were... More

If you can get season tickets to SeaWorld, it'll be worth it as there's a lot to see at this place. A lot of their shows are really cheesy though so make your choices carefully. The Shamu: Believe Show is really cool. But it's a different experience seeing it at night. So if you can see both the day and... More

We added a day at Seaworld as part of a Disneyland trip and I'm so glad we did. The park was unbelievably clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and professional. Their computers were down all day which I'm sure complicated their jobs but I never heard any grumbling (except from some impatient guests). I was impressed with... More
