I believe this is the first SeaWorld to be established, and as such, it is not as good as , say, the SeaWorld in Orlando. We went in the summertime and we found the experience to be rather unpleasant. It was much too hot and not enough shade to cool down in. There are very few trees and hardly any... More

This is no. 2. For education and children and adults learning about the sea, bird, and other wild life not at the zoo. Do not listen to nay sayer go experience it yourself.

Seaworld has the most dramatic shows featuring whales, sea lions, dolphins, and even cats and dogs. Visitors may not always take the time to see "Pet's Rule", but this show is a top favorite with its audience. The artic exhibit provides an educational opportunity that stimulates even the most jaded traveler. To view all the attractions and shows takes at... More

I am so glad that my boyfriend and I got the chance to take our 5 year old son there. We all had an amazing time! My son loved the dolphins and learning about them and getting the chance to touch one. They are so amazing and beautiful. Sea world truly does care about the welfare of all animals. Also... More

Love going to SeaWorld. Don't miss the seal and otter show - it's hilarious. The other shows are good too. Amazing what the animals can be trained to do and what you learn about them. Being able to pet the bat rays is very cool. We like walking around and seeing the beautiful gardens which give a cooling affect on... More

Sea World can be a magical experience. Expensive for a family but presents a lot of memorable experiences, especially for kids. I have been going to Sea World since it's beginning where a friend was a sea maid doing acrobatics under water as you washed from the outside of the aquarium like tank. I have seen a lot of changes... More

It's been almost 10 years since the last time I've been to SeaWorld. I remember really enjoying the Shamu show. However, things have changed. The whales just swim around the tank, jump a few times, splash the water with their tails, and that's about it. They used to have more interaction with the trainers. My 2 year old enjoyed the... We went to SeaWorld because my friend had free passes from another friend. We went there early, and walked around quite a bit, making a spiral to cover all the exhibits. We did not see any performing animals, though, even though that seems to be what a lot of people go to SeaWorld for. We visited the porpoises in their... More

I am a season pass holder at Seaworld. I buy the fun for a day pass, you pay for one day and I can come back all year. I do this for myself, my wife and my two grandchildren who visit me in San Diego often. If you are going to go for more than one day.........check out the FUN... More

Evil corporation that enslaves Killer Whales, Sea Lions and other aquatic treasures to do parlor tricks for profit! Please DO NOT SUPPORT Sea World San Diego OR ANY Sea World or Aquarium that houses pelagic creatures or forces them to do parlor tricks for profit. Thanx for reading. From a lover of EVERYTHING ocean based. Leave Killer Whales, Whale Sharks,... More
