A lot of reviewers complain about the cave office grounds & the tour guide & cleanliness. Truth, it is a bit unkept but this is what you get w/ no government control, no government STERILITY. This was a very informal & relaxed atmosphere. We DEFINITELY recommend this cave tour. The guide will let you self-tour, give you a guided tour,... More

Myself and a group of five (the Subterranean Six) did the deep north extreme tour Sunday, July 20th and were blown away. An absolute jewel of an experience! As each phase progressed it became more mind blowing and challenging. Every bit of it effort was worth it. Our extreme tour guide Dustin did an amazing job and our host Roby... More

This place is unmanaged at best. The guided tours are self guided. They take your money and hand you a single flashlight that may our may not work. If you get past the open piles of trash. The old used toilet thrown in the yard is a real classy look. In the cave... The entire walk way is completely in... More

We have been to several caves in the US and this is by far the worst we have been to. Getting to the property is not very well marked. The sites in the cave were nice but the walk ways and stairs are not very safe. My husband came out with a nail in his shoe. It doesn't look like... More

A gorgeous location, though a bit rough. Lovely waterfall, pretty stream, quaint yard with nice foliage and a big friendly dog to greet you on the way in. We did the basic tour which was well worth the entrance fee. This cave is an active, living cavern with water beneath walkways in many places and many low-hanging stalactites and outcroppings... Went on a wild cave tour with my group of four and another group of four. 3 hours and 26 minutes of extreme caving and crazy physical activity. It was amazing and the main cavern itself was incredible. It's located in a peaceful location and has a great staff. Our tour guide, Dustin, did a great job. Our groups only... More

We saw the weather beaten signs and thought we needed a break so we took the turn in. It was raining outside and their gift shop had caught on fire so there really was no place to get out of the rain. A guy greeted us and said the tour guide was on the phone. After a 15 minute wait... More
