I got my daughter and her family a membership and it is great place to entertain and learn from the many stations they have. whether you have a tiny toddler or an older child there is plenty for them to do. They have indoor and outdoor activities no matter what the weather.

Very nice exhibits with lots of "hands on"! The boys (5 & 9) had a great time. We were also pleased that the facility was very clean and well maintained.

We have a family pass and frequent the Discovery Center. My Littles, ages 7 & 9 always love spending several hours here. We have spent an hour there and we have spent the whole day there, taking a picnic lunch with us, it's a great place for any length of time you have to spend there. Mine absolutely love the... More

I have visited excellent children's museums in Greensboro, Raleigh, and New Orleans, all of which are fine facilities with much to enjoy. But this newish opportunity in southwest Topeka (where I grew up) is really something. I visited with my daughter and grandsons (10 and 7) on an icy Thanksgiving Friday. A traveling exhibit on China was truly superb, and... More

I took my niece here and she had a blast! She got to paint on a glass window, craft her own creation out of wood and many other things. She learned a lot about science in a fun and relatable way.

Went with a friend who has a 3 year old and a 4 year old. Took my girls who are 11 and 13. Everyone had a good time. My girls had fun exploring the place with the littles. Lots to do including play areas (kitchen, dress up, car shop, etc), science activities, art room, etc. They even have a variety... More

We got the grandparents pass because it has been such a good location to take them. Lots and lots of activities for kids. Ours are 5 and 2 and they love it. Have some rotating exhibits with hands on activities, outside riding and playing activities and the permanent ones that they still love to do to paint and play. We... More

We went here with a friend and her daughter and it was a small discovery center with many interactive activities for young children. The gardens and grounds are kept beautifully and we spent a lot of time by the ponds outside. Easy parking and we loved the ducks and geese on the lake there.

My kids really enjoyed this place. Different activities for different ages. My infant son even got a lot out of this place and passed out as soon as I put him back in his stroller.
