As Seniors, there is a discount. The place is small but has a lot of info on each car. We enjoyed viewing some cars that we never knew existed. The gift shop is very nice too.

This user friendly museum was a pleasure to visit. The collection was amazing, the recordings describing the exhibits informative, and the staff were friendly and their knowledge enhanced our experience.

Aside from being "the largest auto museum east of the Mississippi" they also have a gift shop featuring items from local Mississippi artisans. The museum also will feature special exhibits such as Mustangs, Corvettes, and Tractors. Once a year, across the street from the museum the City of Tupelo hosts the Blue Suede Cruise vintage car show. It draws exhibitors... More

This place is really incredible especially given its location. So many old cars I didn't even know existed they are so old. Its really cool to see a Tucker since there were only like 50 or so made and its in pristine condition. If you haven't been you should check it out.

We had a few hours to spare in Tupelo and decided to go to the automobile museum, also because we had read good things about it here. We were not disappointed. There are 100+ cars in the exhibition, starting with what is considered the very first automobile that ever was (exciting to see one of these!) to a very recent... More

We were visiting the city for the first time, and the reason was to find out where Elvis came from. We 'stumbled' across this wonderful exhibition of vintage vehicles and more. The greeting we had, was second to none, from a lovely lady and her assistant, explaining everything we needed to know about the show. We were made to feel... More

The museum has select extra exhibits from time to time as well as the fixed exhibits of classic cars. It is a "don not miss" for a trip to Tupelo. The staff are welcome and friendly, and don't forget to bring those AAA or AARP cards for great discounts. There is a wonderful gift shop with everything from unique souvenir... More

We were recently traveling from Colorado to Florida, with stops in between, to attend the Amelia Island Concours (as gawkers, not participants!). My husband is an avid classic car fanatic and I have come to love going to car events, auctions, and museums with him. We have visited some of the really big car museums in the country. I can't...
