We had one day in Boston and a limited budget. The trolley tour helped us see the entire city in that day, prioritize our stops, and take a break from all of the walking. We learned a few things about Boston that we would have missed if we had strolled through on our own and thoroughly enjoyed each of the... More

I have used this type of system in other cities. Most of their stops are the ones that most travelers are looking for. Hardly any of the stops can you buy tickets, but they let you ride till you get to a stop that sells. Not sure if its a Boston thing or not but there was only one of... More

We really enjoyed this tour as it went from stop 11 right outside the Hilton Back Bay and Sheraton. You can get off and on as you please and we did that. Got off at MIT and went on the T to Harvard and came back but beware if you are getting on a stop which isn't that popular like... More

Me and the wife used OTT for a couple of days when visiting Boston. We had no real issues with long waits due to full buses but mostly out of luck. We saw quite a few people turned away because of full buses. I would not recommend for large parties unless you are getting on at stop #1 and doing... More

My family came back from San Fran and others from England. We thought we would go on an educational experience of the city. I am a life long Bostonian and was embarrassed by the driver. He was crud and disrespectful to many. We got off early and continued our own as we were sick of hearing about Dunkin Donuts and... More

This is a nice tour that takes you around town and shows you all the main attractions. Tip: I would stay on for one full loop, then get off at the stops you found interesting..saves time. We visited Boston as a cruise port of call on a very, very, very hot Sunday in July. It was also Sox v's Yankees weekend so the city was heaving! After an utterly shambolic immigration at black falcon terminal we were directed by old town staff to the White tent just down the road. Easy to find, but because we... More
