I thought it was well worth the visit, seeing as we went on a discounted rate. It was a beautiful view, but I definitely suggest going at night, rather than during the day, because I think the view is much nicer.

Arrived on a rainy day and the personnel was fair enough to let us go up to the 50th. Floor to have a look from the corridor if we wanted to pay the $12.50 and go around 360 degrees near the windows. We decided to have a cup of coffee in the restaurant on floor 52 where the view was... More

This was well worth the money, in my opinion. Go in the late afternoon on a clear day to catch the golden sunlight turn into dusk and stick around for the night view. The audio tour is free and pretty cool. Video presentation is free, but basically just a Boston tourism commercial, though we still enjoyed it. Some of the... More

The sky walk was well presented complete with audio descriptions of each of the views and the history of that area. There was a also great presentation of the history of the immigration and arrivals in Boston.

This is the kind of thing that we normally wouldn't spend the money on--there are just too many other things in Boston to go see. But we were waiting for our Ducks tour--see my review, not worth it--and our adult daughter suggested this. The audio tour was offered to us to start with but we said no. There are some... More

We enjoy going up to observatorys when visiting other cities. This one was no different. It really gives you a good idea of where things are in the city. They give you a device to listen to as you walk around the floor which really helps to identify the different buildings and neighborhoods.

It tells you almost everything about MA - so, if you like narration, you should visit this place. check if there is any private function on the day of your visit because if there is, they will block some areas for the function (they'll offer cheaper fee on the day but if you really think of a single visit, better... It's atop the Prudential Building. Absolutely gorgeous view of the city! They give you audio devices that narrate information about the important attractions that you see from each side. That's very helpful when looking at the view. It's given you to at no extra cost once you reach upstairs to the Observatory. The admission is not cheap - for three... More

We were told over and over to go to the Skywalk Observatory first thing in Boston, and everyone who told us was right! Having been to the CN Tower in Toronto, my family was expecting something similar, but the Skywalk was so much more than just a view. The audio tour gave detailed descriptions and history of everything we were... More
