It was great place to hold a wedding!!! Even the gentleman on the park bench didn't see to mind that we decided to have a ceremony at his place that day. Hood blimp flew over during the ceremony. It was a great day even after the storm the night before was something else, by time of wedding it was a... More

Participated in an all kids parade and watched a magic show. They also had face painting and lots of games to play. Wish there were more exhibits that were geared towards kids. There was one small craft table and one displaying instruments but kids had fun running around, watching boats, and playing in the playground area.

We went to the arts festival held here. Fun was had by the whole family. Such great entertainment and interactive art displays for the kids. We will be back next year for sure

We really enjoyed the park, our rooms at the Marriott overlooked it so it was nice to go for walks where you can see the boats, people and the harbor. Close to Little Italy and the North End and the aquarium. Nice place to stop with children.

We really enjoyed just sitting in this park, relaxing and watching the world go by. There is not a great view of the harbor but you can still see some interesting activity on the river. This is a peaceful haven, a real gem which we visited twice during our stay in Boston.

Great place to stop anytime but especially nice to relax on a Sunday. Read the paper, watch the planes take off from Logan airport, watch the boats and the simmering water. Nearby is the Aquarium.A short walk will take to to Boston's North End where you can enjoy Italian food, stop for an espresso or drink. Or you can stay... More

Located between Long Wharf (aquarium area) and the North End, it is a nice spot on the water. Many people walk their dogs or take their children here on a nice day. It is a nice place to begin a walk along the ocean (head towards the North End). The water taxi (part of the T) stops here.

It may be a bit hard to find, but this is a hidden gem well worth seeing. Look for i down by the waterfront area in the area outside of Faneiul (sp?) Hall Marketplace.

This is park offers a serene view of Boston Harbor. Sitting on one of its many benches you can gaze out at Charlestown, South Boston and East Boston/Logan Airport while in the foreground sail boats, motor boats and cabin cruisers bob to and fro. Its a good place to walk after a meal in one of the Waterfront or North... More

If you are in the heart of Boston and have young kids, take advantage of this park. First off, there is a playground that has equipment and a sandbox. Even better is that the sandbox has toys for use such as trucks, shovels and other kids construction toys. This keeps the worry about not having stuff with you for them... More
