The kids were just dying to go on Codzilla, so as an end of summer activity, we finally did it. We had heard that you get pretty wet on this ride, so we stayed more towards the middle. Each kid had a seat next to the edge which was perfect (use them as shields!). As a Boston native, anytime you... More

The tour guide was great, the boat was okay, the bar was sufficient. If they improved the bar and had some more food options this could quickly become a pretty fun boat tour.

We went on one of these as a last minute decision as we weren't sure what the weather was going to be like. It was easy to find the embarkation point and there were plenty of staff to guide us on to the right boat. Seating was great as you can just put your chair wherever you like - not... More

Tired from sight seeing and walking the freedom trail this 90 minute tour of the harbour was relaxing and informative on a beautifully warm Sunday. We went on the top deck but when we found the seats were full, we went to the front of the boat in front of the boats captain and sat on the floor with the... More

While in Boston, we did 2 excursions with Boston Harbor Cruises. We booked both before we arrived in Boston. The first one was the Sunset Harbour Cruise (we would rate as 4/5). It had been raining most of the day so we turned up to our sunset cruise with low expectation of seeing the sunset. Due to the weather, not... More

We purchased a combo ticket with the whale watching cruise and the aquarium. The cruise offered a guarantee that we would see whales. What a blast. We sailed out to an area known to be a feeding ground (bring a sweatshirt). We saw 5 different whales. Our highlight was when two whales swam under our boat coming out right in... More

We read the reviews and I would say most of them were "right on". The story was really corny and geared toward young children. The 'thrills' were ...OK.....but after the first few turns, that was it. Really good for kids under 12. My 17 year old really wanted to go despite reviews and he was disappointed.

This was my first time using the Fast Ferry service to Provincetown and back. The staff were friendly, and it was a good experience in both directions. It is remarkable to me how quick this trip is vs. driving in traffic to Ptown and back. It was almost surreal.... I'm in Boston, and then next thing I know I'm in... More

The whale watch is fun if you've never seen whales but don't expect a huge turnout. Mostly there are just a handful which multiple whale watching boats are running down for the views. Worth heading out to the islands, great views of the city/harbor. Codzilla is a joke. Maybe entertaining for young children but what a waste for everyone else.... More

I did two Boston Harbor Cruises to George's Island and the Whale Watch. I high recommend both! While heading out to either excursion, take in the beautiful views of Boston and the harbor islands. If you're an aviation enthusiast like me, you'll enjoy the sights of planes landing at Logan Airport as they fly right over the ferry. Pack a... More
