Went to see Phantom and totally enjoyed the complete experience. The architecture is amazing. The interior is like a Greek or Roman palace its so ornate. Not a bad seat in the house. We had a great time and the Phantom of the Opera was exceptional

We saw one of the last shows of Phantom, and it was wonderful. The gentleman playing the lead was terrific, Raoul was also exceptional, the understudy was playing Christine and she was just a bit overwrought in the role...her voice was lovely, she just over played some scenes (this was the fifth production of Phantom I have seen, including the... I went here for Phantom of the Opera and the Opera House itself was as spectacular as the performance! You know in those movies or games that took place in the 1700s, the opera houses were elaborately and elegantly decorated? Expect the same for Boston Opera House, and get ready to be blown away by its beauty! Despite its antique... More

My daughter and I went to see Phantom for the first time "live" and were blown away. The theatre looks amazing on the inside. Definitely sweeps you back in time. We sat mezzanine left in the G row and we able to see, hear and feel everything. The sets were unbelievable, my favorite is where the Phantom takes Christine down... More

We booked to see Phantom of the Opera from the UK and booking tickets from the UK always seems to be a problem - as we don't have a Zip Code, but I won't hold this against the venue. The collection of tickets was painless and they answered e-mails to sort out the booking extremely promptly. I booked assistance tickets... More

If you love beautifully restored/maintained theatres, then the Boston Opera House does not disappoint. Book some theatre tickets to see the beautifully restored theatre. If sitting in the lower levels, make sure to make your way up to the highest level during intermission as the ceiling is absolutely stunning!

If you are in the theater to see a show be sure to come early and awe at the beautifully restored theater. The ceiling is a work of art. The acoustics are incredible. All the seats have a great view of the show.

No better venue to see The Phantom of the Opera...gloriously ornate, well maintained opera house. Tickets were purchased way in advance, did not disappoint.

6-28 matinee. Only the actress that played Christine D delivered. The phantom had a good voice but did not know how to use it - did not act well - was not menacing at all when the role called for it. I do not want to insult theses folks - but it was not a production that was worthy of... More
