Had the pleasure of seeing "Newsies" here on my last trip to Boston. What an gorgeous theater. My jaw just dropped upon walking inside. This place has been beautifully restored and preserved. The sound was great, and the seats were surprisingly comfortable.

The Opera House is a stunning and beautiful building! Go see a show and bask in the glory and opulence of yesteryear. Seats are tight but not uncomfortable. Bars on two levels. Enjoy a cocktail before the show and take in the beautiful building.

Absolutely gorgeous lobby, mezzanine, and theater. Seats are tight. I can see where a larger or taller size person would be uncomfortable. Acoustics seemed fine.

Poor sight lines, zero leg room. Have attended live theatre all over North America and have never encountered a line for the ladies' restroom like this one.Lined up immediately at start of intermission. No exaggeration about 150 people ahead of me . Intermission over and a lineup of still about 30 women. While climbing down to our seats they turned... More

Had great seats and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We are really enjoying the performance and would recommend the venue for other events.

Enjoyed the Boston Ballet: Shades of Sound. Purchased a last minute seat. Perfect view and enjoyed the show. Clea, classic old building!
