Last week I took my visiting niece and her husband on the Free tours by Foot in Boston. I picked it out not really knowing what I was getting. I experienced two fantastic tours. I give tours at two museums, and have been on many tours in many cities, and these were the best I ever went on. First, we... More

Brian's Free Freedom Trail walking tour was a great way to spend a couple of hours learning about one aspect of Boston's history. So much information crammed into a relatively short distance could be considered a bit boring but when the information is conveyed by the extremely enthusiastic and equally entertaining Brian you can be guaranteed there won't be a... Brian was an outstanding guide on this tour - thoroughly entertaining and full of energy. So much history to see and Brian made it come to life. You can tell he loves Boston and knows it well. Wanted to go back to the speakeasy he mentioned that is in Carrie Nation's, but didn't have the time. Managed to enjoy a... More

Toured the North End with Beth on 10.24.14. Great food and history tour. Beth is clearly an historian. She not only brought us to fantastic hidden food gems, but also gave us a really good feel for the history of the North End. I've been on many food tours in various cities and none comes close to the tour we... More

I was in Boston for a couple of days and wanted to fit as much in as possible. I took Brian's Freedom Trail tour in the morning and the Beacon Hill in the evening. Wow... how does one guy have that much energy? The first tour happen to be in miserable weather... it started off raining and kept raining for... More

My family toured with Beth Morrison and she was absolutely amazing. Disadvantage of the Boston free tours by foot is the fact that the schedule is very limited only to friday, saturday, sunday and monday.

My family took Beth's walking tour today around Harvard and Cambridge. Beth is an excellent story- teller and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing the history. I would recommend the tour to everyone.

Brian was such an awesome guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate about history and even rolled with it when a four alarm fire interrupted his tour right in the middle! Definitely worth every penny although unlike many other tours, he didn't push for a penny at the end. I would absolutely do another tour with him! Best guide in 'Baaaaaawston' :)

Toured with David today to the north end. He was informative and entertaining. The walk was paced well, maybe a little too much standing. Enjoyed it immensely!

You can get a lot of American history in NY or DC, but nothing beats Boston! Brian did an amazing job on the Freedom Trail Tour. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He would make a great history teacher to anyone of any age and made you leave Boston loving everything about the City! We also did the Little Italy... More
