Owner description: Boston by Segway is the area's only Segway tour company. We take great pride in our fun, safe and unforgettable tours. The adventure starts with a safety orientation video and is followed by one-on-one indoor training to ensure a safe glide. Our 2-hour tour covers over 10 miles of historic Boston, Charlestown and Cambridge. You'll see the world's oldest commissioned warship, America's oldest restaurant, amazing architecture and much, much more. The 1-hour tour highlights Boston Harbor and its rich maritime history. The tour route takes you along the Harborwalk, a 30+ mile long public walkway that follows the edge of piers, wharves, beaches and shoreline around Boston Harbor.

My husband and I and our two teenage sons were in town visiting family and only had half a day to spend in the city. We wanted to maximize our time and hit as many of the "touristy" spots as possible. It's hard finding things that our teenage boys will want to do, but they were all for this...the Boston... More

This was my first time on a Segway, was a little nervous at first, but with the help of 'SafetyStan' I grew with confidence. The tour itself was fantastic, great local knowledge and amazing for sightseers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Segway experience.

This was our first Segway experience and I highly recommend it. We had Captain Ariel who was down to earth and knowledge and very reassuring for novice 'ducklings' on the chaotic Boston streets. Very experienced and put safety first at all times. Some great photos and plenty of interesting facts even though I live in the area:) highly recommend the... More

I have always wanted to try a Segway ever since they were introduced in 2001. My youngest daughter(25yrs old) moved into Boston right across the street from one of the Boston by Segway locations. Planned a trip which then expanded to include my wife and also oldest daughter(31 yrs old-only included ages because of "What Sort of Visit Was This"... More

I was in Boston on my own and had just a few hours to make the most of my visit. A colleague suggested booking the Segway and it was perfect. A rainy cold week day so unsurprisingly I had a solo tour with Ariel. I couldn't possibly have seen so much or been so well informed whilst whizzing around the... More

My wife and I took this tour last Friday. It was the best tour I have ever taken. The segways were easy to use and ride. If you can stand you can ride one of these segways. It was safe riding in the street because most of the tour Boston has bike lanes. The view was fantastic as we rode... More

Really enjoyed our trip. I liked how it was a small group so we got to see a lot of Boston in a short amount of time. Our guide, Stan, was excellent and had a lot of fun stories to share. I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Captain Sean was the best. We were in town for a short weekend to go to the Bears game and take in the sites of Boston. Sean took us all around the city in 1.5 hrs (extra .5 hr no charge) and we loved it. Highly recommend this company and Sean. Well organized, fun and very worth the money

Captain Sean was fun, learned a lot and was able to see a lot, but the best part was riding a SEGWAY!

Boston by Segway is a well organised and professional company. The guides put you at ease when teaching you how to use your Segway and have a great knowledge of the city as you glide around. Pictures of your trip are available and there is no extra charge for downloading them.
