Nice stop during the touring.

Nice place to sit while touring. The fountain is nice. Someone was washing their dog. Great for people watching. Several vendors selling drinks and stuff

The Boston Common is a beautiful place to walk and relax. There are many paths around the pond where in the summer you can relax on the Swan Boats and view the scenery. Don't miss the "Make Way For Ducklings" statues in the Common.

Large green space in the city centre, plenty of space to stroll and gaze. A few small food and drink stalls. Gets busy on sunny weekends

This is a great park area to people watch. Fun for the kids in the pool area and frog ponds. Check out the duck boats. Very pretty gardens.

Great park to walk around in. We grabbed lunch at a nearby deli and ate at the park. We had a lovely walk and found the Swan Boats which we also enjoyed. Very pretty park.

Really nice open space to stroll around, get a bite and have a picnic. Great location to spur off in any direction to see more of Boston.

Enjoyed our visit on the way to the Freedom Trail. Make sure you visit the Visitors Center located on the edge where all the workers are very helpful. Only negative is the large number of homeless throughout the park. They can get a little annoying with their comments and actions.

Superb park, used by lots of locals. Great origin for guided tours. Historic building right around it.

If you want to see the best of Boston, definitely go to the Boston Common and take a tour if you can. There is a lot of history there and it's very beautiful. It's a nice place to do a picnic or just take a nice stroll.

Enjoyed our walk through the park but the duck boats were not running yet. The ducklings were most fun and enjoyed the Frog Statues near Tadpole Playground. No bikes allowed in the park - we didn't realize that until it was too late!
