We went to a Thursday evening game, and decided to 'splurge' on the Bojangles dugout seats (which at $30, were not really much of a splurge). It was exceptional! We had already had dinner (we didn't realize it was included in the ticket price) but regardless, these are the coolest seats you will ever see a game from. The fact... More

I have fulltime school/fulltime work so dont get to go anymore but most games are Thursday nights, (Thirsty Thursday for beer drinkers. They have separate seating areas, vip, party crowd and family section. Its fun and they do fireworks every year. Come early for parking though.

The Asheville Tourist organization provides a fun and activity-filled day (or evening) at the ballgame. Located in the heart of downtown Asheville (some paid parking at the stadium and weekend parking on the city streets), the stadium reminds me of stadiums of old and I felt a little nostalgia to say the least. I found the activities really entertaining and... More

Tourist games are such a great place to run into old buddies. Thirsty Thursday games are great to drink BIG beers for little $ and catch up with old Asheville peeps. Sunday afternoon games are a good way to spend the day with your family and let the kids run around and see what baseball is all about. Make sure... More

The defending 2012 Sally League Champions!!! They always contend for at least half-a-pennant. Great family fun...and adults as well. Staff makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Can't wait till April 11th and never miss a Sunday after church. We will miss our old manager but still welcome the new one.

Who can ask for more than Minor League baseball in a small town with a team name that smacks at the hand that feeds them? It's the way baseball should be! Check out a Thirsty Thursday Game and you too will be hooked on the Tourists!

The Tourists games are a relaxed way to enjoy our national sport in all its human glory. Full of fan and between innings goofiness, the staff is dedicated and determined to maximize the fun. The baseball can be great or not-so great, depending on how the boys are doing that day. Very few people take it too seriously. Going to... More

Enjoyed the company, the between inning games & the ambiance. The baseball game was OK - I'm not really a fan.

There's a Tourists cowbell. I've seen it in the crowd, and I want one. The Tourists are an indelible part of life in Asheville. It's great to watch the players get so much better (or sometimes not) during one season. Don't miss the fireworks games. You haven't lived until you've watched a fireworks display to the sounds of Norman Greenbaum... More

It's such fun to go to a game with the Tourists. It's a great time for a family outing or a date night or just a fun thing to do with a bunch of friends.
