The spa is beautiful. There's no arguing that. From the beginning I was a bit underwhelmed. I check in early as I had an afternoon massage planned and wanted to use the facilities for a couple hours beforehand. I was checked in and told to wait for a concierge to come let me in and give me a tour. I... More

Beautiful grounds and well kept. Difficult to find banquet rooms and parking elevators. Expensive lunch and drinks.

my boyfriend and i recently visited the OMNI spa and resort in Ashville, NC. this is a must see resort due to the spectacular sunset view of the mountains in NC. There was also a bird phenomena at the hotel as the sun was setting. Not sure what was going on but a impressive amount of starling type birds were... More

What a treat this was! My first experience in a spa in my life and I'll be hard pressed to go anywhere but here from now on. The place is wonderful all the way around. Spend a whole day here - you will be so glad you did. The pools, waterfall hot tubs, men's area (including steam room, sauna, hot... More

We really enjoyed every minute here. The staff was very accommodating. Since it was our honeymoon we had champaign and chocolate strawberries in our room without asking. We have already started planning our next trip to Asheville and we will be staying here again!

We have stayed at he GPI 3 times and each time I love it even more. The spa has to be one of the greatest escapes I have ever found. The rooms are nice and the service is even better. I truly can't wait till the next time we go back!

I wanted to see the spa so instead of paying $65 for a day pass I booked a pedicure which includes a day pass. With tip the 50 minute pedicure was over $150. It was a good pedicure but no better than any other I've gotten for far less. I hoped to swim in the pools and relax but they... More

We expected more considering what we paid. No microwaves in the rooms,no guides giving you help on finding local dining or attractions. Guess they want you to buy there $40 plus meals and to spend your time and money on their activities. Also hard to get around the hotel because their map of hotel was hard to read. Loved their self... A very nice hotel however, we encountered multiple issues that should not have taken place given the nightly rate for this hotel. We were on our honeymoon and had a "romance" package for the first night and a different package for the other two nights. The hotel staff could not put the two together and it required getting keys to... More
