I wanted to see the spa so instead of paying $65 for a day pass I booked a pedicure which includes a day pass. With tip the 50 minute pedicure was over $150. It was a good pedicure but no better than any other I've gotten for far less. I hoped to swim in the pools and relax but they... More

We expected more considering what we paid. No microwaves in the rooms,no guides giving you help on finding local dining or attractions. Guess they want you to buy there $40 plus meals and to spend your time and money on their activities. Also hard to get around the hotel because their map of hotel was hard to read. Loved their self... A very nice hotel however, we encountered multiple issues that should not have taken place given the nightly rate for this hotel. We were on our honeymoon and had a "romance" package for the first night and a different package for the other two nights. The hotel staff could not put the two together and it required getting keys to... More

I made reservations at the spa 2 months in advance for my daughter and I, specifically requesting female masseuses. When we arrived they tried to give me a male masseuse and acted it was such an inconvenience and they were doing me such a favor to change me to a female masseuse. When we booked the appointments, at no time... More

I try my best to go to The Grove Park Inn Spa a few times a year. The atmosphere is so peaceful, staff friendly and whatever treatment you choose, you will love. The wide variety of pools, steam and dry saunas and more, will let you forget about the stresses of your life. Very nice to have the food and... More

We spent a day at the spa as a short "babymoon" getaway. The mother to be massage was wonderful - definitely do the 80 minute option! 50 minutes goes too fast. My husband got a pedicure/ foot treatment which allowed him to spend all day at the spa with me. Be sure to come early and stay late and take... More

My friend and I did not get any treatments, as I called a month too late to get any appointments (2 month minimum advance on that) but we purchased day passes and our experience definitely exceeded all expectation. Awesome!!

My husband and I went to the spa last week. I booked a pedicure and had full access to the spa. My husband purchased a day pass for $90.00.Day passes are not guaranteed and cannot be booked in advance for hotel and non-hotel guests. They go on sale at 9:00 each morning. One attendant told me that if the spouse... More
