Absolutely love this place. However since Omni has taken it over it has become even more expensive. They don't have the specials like they used too and tack on resort fees, parking and taxes. The spa is why we go and it is well worth it. Also we stayed at the inn part this time for the first time as... More

This was my third time over the past 8 years to stay at Grove Park. Since I was there three years ago, the hotel sold twice and is now run by The Omni. The rooms are expensive and are pretty dated looking in the old part of the hotel and the newer sections are similar to what you would find... More

Enjoyed an overnight stay and day at the spa. The spa is fantastic! Spent the day in the many pools, saunas and relaxation rooms. The Blue Ridge restaurant had one of the best spreads for a breakfast Buffett I've ever seen.

I visited the spa with my two daughters. We all got the hot stone massage. My therapist was Kim (male) and it was the best hot stone massage I have ever had. The Inn had been looking a little run down in recent years and the spa a little grubby and understaffed. I am thrilled that all of that has... More

We love, love, love this spa. We each got a FIRE, ROCK, WATER AND LIGHT body treatment. !!!!HEAVEN!!!! Hop from a saline heated pool to a waterfall hot tub and then lounge by the outdoor fireplace. What more could anyone ask for. Total Bliss!

It's like slipping into a parallel universe where everything is 100 times better than here. From the moment we met the kindly attendant at the entrance who gently directed us to the parking area to the last look over our shoulder as we drove away, every second was relaxing and rejuvenating. Although over 100 years old, the Inn is in... More

Joe gave a great therapeutic massage that loosened the knots in my lower neck and upper back. I can MOVE more freely now and my posture is improved. I had danced for several hours in the dance competition...and had done a work-out in the gym before my massage. The massage prevented my legs from becoming stiff and sore. Afterwards I... More

We stayed at the Grove Park Inn for one night back in December. We wanted to see all of the Gingerbread houses and experience the Inn's accommodations. Instead of paying for valet parking, we just continued around to the parking garage, unloaded our bags and easily found our way to the front desk to check in. Our room was in... More

My husband & I went with a daughter & son-in-law for the Twilight Package from 5pm until 9pm. What fun & luxury. Women & men are separate in their own hot tub, dry sauna, steam room & plunge pool. Fresh dry towels & robes with scented cold cloths for head & face. Snacks & wine at your whim. Then meet... More

Had booked relaxing 2 massage for wife and I on 2/11/2014, but instead massage was preform during fire alarm, very loud when light flashing. Talked to spa manger and was told that issue be address fairly. Next day saw charges for spa use and 1 massage. That seem fair. However, two days later after we checked I was charge for... More
