The hotel was wonderful, service beyond my expectations, but the Spa...oh the Spa. I have died and gone to heaven!! The day started at 9:30am as we received a tour, robe and slippers, at 10:15 had the most amazing massage of my life with Lydia, and floated and soaked in mineral pools until our dreaded departure at 8:00 pm. GO... More

We stayed here on July 22 and 23 2014 by my daughter' request for her 13th birthday. Our sejour was pure joy and the hotel is magnificient with a an outstanding staff. I could not make any complaint ( except for the Sunset Terrace and see my review-restaurant not recommended ) Our room had a beautiful mountain view- When I... More

Took a drive up the mountain to the Grove Park Inn to sightsee and have a drink. Beautiful hotel, well worth the drive. We walked around and saw the various amenities. Watched some golfers from our "eagle's nest" vantage point. Settled into comfy chairs on the veranda for a glass of wine. Wine was good, but pricey, but as my... More

The view from the back of the inn was worth the trip from New York. The employees were gracious and welcoming. The spa was excellent. I would definitely visit again, perhaps with girlfriends.

I spent several wonderful hours at the Omni Grove Park Inn Spa. I booked the Fire, Rock, Water and Light signature massage. It was very relaxing. I felt like mush when done! The women's locker area was a bit small but workable. Staff was attentive and friendly. I most enjoyed the hot tubs and multiple lounging rooms. You could be... More

This a fantastic spa experience! The spa in built into a hill, so it looks like an underground grotto. The amenities are really nice, services are excellent with a good variety. The hotel did a really bad expansion in the 70's or 80's and it's hideous. The rooms in this area are more modern however. The original hotel is charming,... More

Had a lovely weekend back at the Grove Park Inn, I had not been since the 60's. The core hotel is still, fabulous, historic and well kept. The staff is great! Enjoyed the 101st anniversary experience in the old section. The GPI is a big corporate hotel now, not as boutique as my expectations were so maybe that is on... More

If i could choose my favorite hotel of all, this is it. The setting is spectacular with Blue Ridge Mountains from every vista. The decor is arts and crafts with original pieces everywhere. The service is genuine. The spa is amazing. I love this historic hotel!

Next time my husband and I visit Asheville I want to stay at the grove park! Preferably during the cooler months when they light the enormous fireplace! We did have a drink and a cheese platter while sitting on the back patio watching the sun set. It was wonderful and I can't wait to go back!

Wow. Seems the staff heard my last review! This visit the front desk staff and support staff were stellar. We were warmly greeted. The large entry door was opened for us each time. Management and staff at every level made eye contact and greeted us. Our room was immaculate. I do wish they would not charge hotel guest to park.... More
