Hank was a great guide and did an outstanding job in giving us a nice historic overview of Asheville. Nice way to get a nice sampling of the food & drink that downtown Asheville has to offer. You can see the commitment to "farm to table" and it's a great example of what can be accomplished with that mindset. Even... More

My wife and I visited Asheville for the weekend without the kids. We were astonished at all of the food options and are so thankful we discovered Eating Asheville Food Tour. Not sure there is a better way to sample some of the best restaurants in the city in a span of 3 hours. We visited 8 different restaurants and... More

Hank was our tour guide and did an outstanding job informing us of some of the history of Asheville while taking us to some of the top restaurants in Asheville. This tour is great because not only do they put thought into their alcoholic pairings, but me and my boyfriend do not drink so we chose the non alcoholic pairings... More

We thoroughly enjoyed eating our way across Asheville on this tour. Our guide, Hank, was awesome. The tastes at each restaurant were absolutely delicious and we enjoyed all of the beverage pairings. The culiminating event at NightBell was out of this world....hands down, the most visceral and the most creative, by far. We would advise NOT parking on the street... More

Having done a culinary tour in Charleston, SC, we were excited to find tours in Asheville! We were lucky to book for 3 almost at the last minute. We visited 6 restaruants, with one dish at each plus 3 or 4 alcohol pairings...one was a delicious sangria...yum!!! The food consisted of beef/potatoes to tuna to chips to chocolate; definitely enough... More

The tour included some alcohol and some of the best restaurants downtown as ranked by Trip Advisor . Tour was 3 hours and be hungry they will fill you up .

We did the highroller tour and it was fabulous! Our tour guide was a handsome Bloke Who said his kids called him 'big daddy' so we did too! We've done several food Tours and I must say they are the best way to find out where to go and sample food in many places in a short amount of time.... More

Eating Asheville Walking Tours is a great way to learn the restaurants of Asheville. We did the High Roller tour on a Saturday at 1:00pm. Stuart was our host for the tour. He was great! He shared a lot of information about the restaurants, chefs, and sites of Asheville. The tour was well worth the money. The food portions and... More

I learned some interesting history tidbits about the city I live in, and was pleased to go to several restaurants that I had not previously been to. Hank was super informative. All around, great tour. I would do it again!
