The largest & oldest running ghost tour in Asheville! Designed by Joshua P. Warren, author of HAUNTED ASHEVILLE, we offer five different paranormal tours, & we are the ONLY tour that takes you inside the "Asheville Mystery Museum" in the basement of the Masonic Lodge! On your tour, we use digital tabs and lasers to explore Asheville's dark history, the Brown Mountain Lights, and our region's most ominous spooks and specters. See why we've always been #1!

Two of us were in Asheville for a girls weekend. We lucked out and had Tad for the ghost tour all to ourselves! He was super entertaining, informative, and funny too! It was a great way to see Asheville and learn some of the history you don't get anywhere else. Give it a try! Were glad we did.

While our ghoulish guide and his "sidekick" were full of energy, amusing and quite entertaining we found this tour to be a bit disappointing and VERY overpriced. Bit corny over all, but was expecting that. If you want to use up some evening time and don't mind the cost, then give it a try, BUT don't expect to much.

Our guides don't have "sidekicks." I'm concerned you may have reviewed the wrong tour. Please email me at contact@HauntedAsheville.com to tell me who your guide was. And, just in case you took a vehicle tour, please know that we only do walking tours. We have no vehicle tours. Joshua P. Warren More

I've been called a Humbug before. So I took my friend on the Christmas tour and found I really enjoyed it. Our guide, Tad, was fun and engaging. I threw a few obscure questions at him and he really knew his stuff. Hearing about our holiday traditions put them in a more historic context. Now, many of them make much... More

This was actually our second tour and it was totally enjoyable. Tadd combined both the paranormal and historical perspective. His presentation was great. It was the highlight of our stay in Asheville and we intend to take the tour again during our next visit.

This looked like a fun way to tour Asheville. Wrong. Totally corny and borderline irritating. I hoping that we just had a bad tour guide and other tour guides might be better. It's a great concept.

Wow! Firstly, we have a reputation for going 110% to show our guests a great time, so I'd like to make sure you are reviewing the correct tour company. Secondly, if so, I need to know the name of your guide and specifically what happened. Please email me at my personal email address: ShadowboxENT@gmail.com More

This was an awesome tour. We booked it for nine members of the family ranging from 10-50. There is something in it for all. Great history of the city, fun and informative and spooky enough that we went to some spots the next day to check it out. Brian was our guide and was perfect. Would recommend to all, worth... More

Had a private tour with only my husband and myself. Tad was great. He is very passionate about his trade. I loved the way he intertwined the exhibits from the museum with his stories. It is worth the price of admission just to have a cocktail at the crow and the quill. Everyone should have a go at this tour.

We had Brian Bloxson a Middle School Teacher and Scientist, he did a terrific job and was a Great Storyteller. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about Asheville’s History and Paranormal events in the area. He made the ghost stories interesting, fun and informative. I took my two lovely teen age daughters and they thought the tour was fantastic and enjoyable, my... More

I've enjoyed other Haunted Asheville tours in the past, so my gift this year from a friend was a Spirits of Christmas holiday tour. The tour was fun, engaging, very informative, and didn't require too much time out in the cold. Instead, we sat by the fire at Olive or Twist, then moved down the street to the Crow and... More
