We enjoyed the many stories and our guide. The walk was a little tough on me because of my weight so next time we'll do the bus ghost tour. Got lots of pictures which captured a lot of spirit activity.

What a nice surprise! I had guests in town for Halloween and we went on this tour. It was a lot of fun and I learned so many things about the odd and scary happenings in Asheville's history. Wait until you hear about Pink Lady of the Grove Park Inn...chills.....

Haunted Asheville has some gifted storytellers, which on our post-Thanksgiving tour, included its venerable founder, Joshua Warren. Whether you embrace the idea of paranormal activity or not, this tour is a memorable way to learn about Asheville. Our guides covered both historical and ghost lore in lively detail, and, against the rich architectural backdrop of the city, this made for... More

My wife and I are from Jacksonville, Fl. We frequently visit St. Augustine and Savannah, and have taken several tours in those cities. The haunted Ashville tour ranked right up there with the best of them. Our guide was very personable, and had a vast knowledge of the history of Ashville. He was a wonderful story teller. The tour was... More

We met at the Masonic Lodge in downtown Asheville at 8.00pm, our tour guide was vey knowledgeable about Asheville history. We walked for about two hours at a median pace, even though we visited "haunted areas" we learned a lot about how Asheville resurrected itself from the early 1980's to a flourishing Arts and tourism destination. We got very well... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour - we did the Classic Walking Tour. Brian was an EXCELLENT guide. He is very knowledgeable, tells the stories in an interesting way. This tour is a great way to get to know Asheville while being entertained by great stories. We highly recommend this tour. NOTE: there is a lot of walking....I enjoyed that, &... More

My husband and I visited Asheville for the first time and had no idea what the city had to offer. I bought tickets for the Haunted Walking Tour and hoped for the money we wouldn't be disappointed. We were so impressed with the knowledge and passion our tour guide had for the history of Asheville. He really went into detail... More

Tour guides play a large role in the overall experience of the tour and he was awesome!!! So passionate and really knows the history of the city.. As well as all the paranormal stories. He expresses them magically and with great detail as if you were there as an eye witness all those years ago! A must do for sure!

Very poor value for the money. Poorly done and very little in the way of historical facts. The people giving the tour were bored and then just plain corny, not like what you get in New Orleans !!! Don't waste your time or money.

I'm shocked by this. We often mistakenly get reviews meant for our competition. Are you sure you are reviewing the correct tour: Joshua P. Warren's "Haunted Asheville" Tour that leaves from the Masonic Temple? Please contact me at my personal email address with the name of your guide and the details: ShadowboxENT@gmail.com More
