If you go to Asheville around Halloween, you have to take this tour. These guys and girls are hysterical! You won't believe what they come up with. It is a fun tour and definitely worth the time! You ride through Asheville on this BIG purple bus and are told the history of Asheville in a most unusual way

Took the tour with Joshua Warren on Oct 27th, hoping for a bit of Halloween spirit; it was a bit of a letdown. Josua was entertaining enough, but the tour was more of a history tour- "In 1905 someone was shot here". "In 1870 someone was shot over there", etc. etc... The "Museum" at the end seemed to be a... Got to do the trolley tours this year, 2 year ago we did the walking tour. Was 90 mins of delightful fun. Joshua is a talented presenter and knows how to engage everyone young and old. We all had a blast. Our kids were delighted. We also got to go into the museum this year and see Carville the haunted... More

The regular tour guide, Joshua P. Warren, had just led the 7:00 tour, so we ended up with someone else on the 9:00 slot. The tour guide, I can't remember his name, was barely audible over the screeching of a loose belt on the bus. When he was audible, he stammered along with his commentary almost like he was trying... Tad, our tour guide, led us on an enlightening journey down the backalleys and side streets of downtown Asheville. His vast knowledge of Asheville's History was both interesting and educational. No trip to Asheville is complete without experiencing this tour.

Wow!! There are truly no adjectives in the english language that can accurately describe how wonderful the tour was thanks to our guide Tad. The sheer volume of knowledge he possessed, along with some well performed storytelling, made for a truly remarkable and unforgettable evening stroll through Asheville's "Shadows". A must for anyone in the area, locals and visitors alike!!!

We took the Friday night walking tour the first night we got into Asheville and had a blast! We read that Brian was the guide to have and luckily we did. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He knows a lot about the town and its history. He kept us interested the whole night. We tipped him at the end... More

We took the Friday night walking tour. Our guide was Brian. He asked a bunch of us at the beginning if we wanted to hear some history along with the ghost tour and several of us were interested. I think we got more than our money's worth. Brian gave us political, architectural, and literary history of the area while leading... More

90 min ride around town in a trolly bus that needed a serious tune up. You could barely hear the guide over the squeal of the engine trying to clinb steep hills. The guide seemed knowlegable but was monitone and to soft spoken to be heard over the engine. Great scenenery in ashville but i would recomend the walking tour.... More
