Six of us, aged 16 - 61, took Paddy's tour earlier this month. It was our first time in Asheville and the tour was incredibly enjoyable and a great way to acquaint ourselves with the beautiful city of Ashevile. The entire family found it to be the highlight of our trip.

A great experience, the price is really reasonable, well worth the time and money. Don't eat lunch, the eight stops will be completely satisfying.

Paddy was great, we loved experiencing the food and learning about the restaurants. Paddy also gave us an excellent tour of the city!

Paddy was great. Loved to get some history of Asheville. If you can, I would recommend doing this early in your visit, so you get an idea of some of restaurants/vendors you might want to come back to! Paddy was great!

Our guide, Paddy, was top notch. Great stories and great food and drink samplings. Do not miss this tour, there are 95 restaurants in Asheville and we got a sampling of the best.

I highly recommend this tour. It was a lot of fun and we went to 8 places! The food was so delicious, especially a mac and cheese dish from a bar restaurant. Yummy. When we arrived in Asheville, we thought it only consisted of 3 blocks of restaurants (the blocks around the Woolworth and the bookstore) but then the tour... More

I highly recommend this as an introduction not only to the Asheville food scene, but to the local history of the city. Our tour guide Paddy was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He clearly loves his job. There were seven stops on this tour, including 5 restaurants, an olive oil/balsamic vinegar store, and a honey store. The food was outstanding, and... More

Took the tour with Paddy as our guide, and had a great time. The 5 restaurants consisted of Indian, Italian (with a small wine tasting), a burger, a ham dish (at a restaurant where the stop is a little longer and allows for the purchase of an alcoholic beverage), a taco, as well as an oil/vinegar place, and a honey... What a great way to see Asheville, sample some of the local cuisine, and learn a little history. The food tour would be a great way to begin a trip to Asheville to learn your way around, try some small plates from some of the best restaurants in Asheville, and then determine where to eat for the remainder of the... Great tour! 5 restaurants, an olive oil store and a honey store. Paddy (tour guide) was very entertaining with his additional commentaries on Asheville architecture, history and humorous antidotes. Skip lunch and make late dinner reservations!
