My wife and I along with three more friends took the Food Tour with Padde in early November 2014. This was our first Food Tour and it was great. We went to seven restaurants/food stores, met some new folks, talked with some very nice owners, and enjoyed some good food. Highly recommended to experience the Asheville food scene.

We were fortunate to have a small, friendly group to share our foodie experience. The tour was able to accommodate a variety of food preferences including vegan and vegetarian. I have been on several foodie tours in different parts of the world and this was one of the best. The tastings were interesting and were always accompanied with presentations by... More

A good introduction to restaurants in downtown Asheville with 10% off coupon to go back for a meal so this is best to take as soon as you can. This tour requires a lot of walking up and down hills in all kinds of weather, so be prepared for that. The guide, Paddy, is very engaging, but he does not... More

We were excited to do this tour but became disappointed very quickly. We had 17 people in our group which was to many. Although all the people were very kind, it was very hard to hear what Paddy was saying or the people in the restaurants. Our first stop was probably one of my favorite of our tour. It was... More

Paddy took us on a great tour of good food. He was interesting and had a lot of tidbits to share with us about Asheville. Some of the food we enjoyed was: an Indian buffet, Italian pasta and wine, pork slider, beef burger and delicious fries, fusion taco and some decadent chocolate. All of the food was outstanding! We met... More

I signed up for this food tour with fairly high expectations based on the reviews. My expectations were exceeded! I really enjoyed this tour.

Asheville has just been ranked number 4 foodie city in the US. What better way to sample some of that goodness than on a walking foodie tour. Paddy was a very personable guide, funny and warm. The restaurants he picked were all different cuisines. We stopped at 5 or 6 and sampled and by the last stop we were stuffed.... More

This was the best Food tour I have ever been on. We went to a wide variety of cuisines. It was a great way to sample all the local food and decide which you would like to revisit later which I definitely did. Paddy was an amazing guide that was very knowledgeable about each stop and also about the city... More

This was my first experience with a food tour and it was amazing! Paddy is a great tour guide and knowledgable about the food venues and city. The food was delicious and a great sample of the city's 95+ restaurants! A food tour is a great way to experience a city!

My husband and I went on a food tour last week on our honeymoon. Paddy was a fantastic guide and the food was delicious!!! It was a great way to taste local food in Asheville without being limited to lunch or dinner. Everything was great & Paddy was very knowledgable and knew a lot about the town. We will definitely...
