I was expecting to get the bajesus scared out of me, but it was more of a histoical trip about people who had died in buildings in AVL. It was ok though, I learned a lot. More

We brought our dog Argyle with us! Had a great time exploring the paranormal and historical Asheville with our guide Debbie. Great way to see a different side of downtown. Would recommend to anyone. More

We went on the ghost tour with Lynette in downtown Asheville on October 29th. Our newly-at-the-time-turned five year old son has been fascinated with ghost hunting and watching relevant shows on TV and we thought it would be a fun thing to do. I am respectfully skeptical of the entire matter but I enjoy opening my mind to the belief,... More

My husband and I were so excited to sign up for this tour based on most of the reviews out there touting it as one of the best. However, the night we were planning to take the tour was calling for a 50% chance of rain that evening, and they have policy on their website stating you must cancel at... More

Sometimes companies have abusive customers and in this world of social media, you have to make a decision whether to give others permission to abuse you or cut your losses. I think the time taken to write this review and its extreme content speaks for itself. She knows not of all she speaks, e.g., that my response to DonDon's review... More

We took the tour last weekend, and being professional paramormal investigators, we thought with better equiment her tour could tske off. The guide was amazing, and full of great information we were glad to share our equipment with the group and valadate her tour findings. Hope to get back there and help her out again! She has done a great... More

My husband and I went on this tour together. Our tour guides name was Kris. We had a great time. There were about 12 of us in the group. There was a family with a couple of teenagers in the group. The guide was very animated and interacted with us throughout the entire tour. The teenage girl actually screamed a... More

I booked the downtown spirit tour through their website for myself and my husband two days in advance. The main draw of this tour to us as it says on their web page: 'The Downtown Spirits Tour is Asheville's only interactive tour using EMF meters and dowsing rods'. My husband loves the Ghost Hunters show and I thought it would... More

This is an isolated incident and NEVER should have happened. I can understand their being upset. The guide responsible is no longer with us and this customer has received a refund and our very sincere apologies. More

We went on a weekday night and our guide was Lynette. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the town. I wish more time had been spent discussing the history of Asheville and it's "spooky" past rather than taking photos, but it was an entertaining tour nonetheless. The EMF readers and dowsing rods are probably fun for the kids to... More

While most "orbs" in photographs are indeed dust, those that are intensely "lit" and have a well-defined sphere are generally not AND Asheville is indeed so haunted we get more than the average number of orbs. Our first TA review was by a member of the Mississippi Paranormal Society who was confounded by the number of orbs we got on... More

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time exploring the city and learning about its history, and our tour guide Deb was excellent! Her binder of spirit photos were downright spooky and it was very cool to be standing right where they were taken. We weren't able to charge the battery on our point-and-shoot camera so I used my iPhone... More

What an awesome tour! I took the Montford tour and it was excellent. The history was so amazing and Debbie knew so much. I love how personable she was and we got a lot of great photos and videos! Debbie put a lot of research in to this and it shows, she answered all questions and gave us insider info... More
