Taking a tour is always a good way to get an overview of the area and to help decide where you best spending your time if it is limited. This tour was fun and the tours guides were very informative. We went on a weekday and there weren't too many people on the tour. You are able to hop on... More

We hopped on the trolley right in front of our bed and breakfast (wright inn) and bounced off to get an overview of Asheville. It's a great way to,see the city, and decide where you want to return. We got off at Grove Park Inn and had lunch on the deck overlooking the valley! Wonderful. Then after shopping we hopped... More

I take city tours whenever available. It saves time and you get an overview to make decisions later for what to see. Our guide, Denise was well informed, answered questions and was easy to understand. This tour was worth the time and money spent. I didn't get off but went the entire route. If I had started earlier I might... More

A great tour. Our driver guide was full of information (and jokes) but talked non-stop and very fast, so for those of us not used to the southern accents we had to concentrate! They packed a lot in. Very good way to get an overview of Asheville - never realised there was so much too it. Liked the way you... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the trolley tour. What a wonderful way to have an introduction to Asheville. Tour was very informative, interesting, and a good value. Since the ticket is valid for two days, we went back the second day to do more of the hop on/hop off feature. Janice was a fabulous driver/tour guide for our trolley... More

Such a wonderful introduction to Asheville - complete with some facinating commentary on some of the social dynamics and interpersonal drama that you just can't get from the history books. Highly recommended! More

We had been told by one local that the tour was boring. Our B & B recommended the tour and we are so glad we went on the trolley. We were picked up in front of our B & B. Dean our driver was informative and funny. Great way to get an overview of the Asheville area. More

As a local in the hospitality industry, I have taken all of the bus tours in Asheville and this is one is hands down the best history tour in Asheville! Believe it or not we have no history museum in Asheville - what we do have is this fun, 90 minute history tour on wheels! This is the tour I... More

The people who take you round on this trolley are an informative well versed group of workers. During the course of the day we experienced 4 different drivers and they all had their own style which stopped going round back to the tourist information from being boring. Get off at the hotel and wander round( a good way for us... More

This was my 1st trolley ride in Asheville and it was great fun. The presenter did a wonderful time explaining the history of Asheville while interjecting oral history and local legends. I would highly recommend this Tour! More
