This was such a fun and easy way to get an overview of Asheville and decide where to go and what to visit later. The cost, $21, was for 2 days and the drivers will stop at places even if it's not a designated stop. Every one of them were knowledgeable and some downright hilarious with their stories. There was... More

This is the best way to start your visit to a new and unfamiliar place. For a small fee you can tour Asheville and environs, hop on and off at any one of 10 stops, and get an entertaining and informative tour from a native. It's like having your own docent with you as you ride around this beautiful city.... More

Very informative & helpful. Gives you a great overview and helps you get your bearings if you're new to the area. It's nice to have someone else do the driving so you can enjoy the sights. An enjoyable way to learn the history of Asheville from knowledgable drivers. Also loved the hop on-hop off feature & our ticket was good... More

We were visiting asheville for the first time as we look for the city we'll be retiring to. Taking the trolley gave us a great overview of the city as well as a lot of history and folklore about the area. The price was right and although we didn't do it, you can hop on and off at points of... More

We really enjoyed getting an idea of the different areas of Asheville as it seems to be spread out. We especially liked the historic part of the city and the beautiful homes as well as the Grove Inn. Our approach was to ride all the way around once, then we came back the next day to head to downtown. This... More

The tour was excellent. Departures were on time at all locations we needed. The drivers were super and drivers and pretty good as tour guides except Brian. He was excellent! His narration was funny, full of energy and spot on accurate. Best Guide of the three we had. Highly recommend this tour.o We'd pay extra to ride with Brian again!

Your ticket is good for 2 days. If you plan to get on and off, then you need the two days. I did not have two days to tour, so I took the 2+ hour complete tour, then after a break at the visitor's center, I got back on & hopped off at one stop. I wished I had more... More

They offer two days for one price...but we only had one day so thought it was pricey even with AAA . Almost half the stops are at hotels....even though the Park a Grove and a Grand Bohemion looked nice. Guide was knowledgeable but if you sit in the very back you can't hear the speaker over the engine. I enjoyed... More

Hopping on and off was great, too. Guides are friendly, funny, and know their stuff. Price seems fair, especially since you can use it for 2 days.

Add this tour to your list of must do's. This tour is impressive. The operators are knowledgeable without being stiff. We spent a few days in the area then took the trolley tour a day before our departure. We all agreed (husband, 3 kids #15, #12 & #6) all agreed we wished we had taken the tour the first day... More
