Shakes are hands down the best!

Robert is Here was a pretty cool experience and a story to go with it! Shakes are hands down the best! It's a little drive from Homestead but worth it!

There are a variety of fruit milkshakes to choose from and I'm sure that anyone of them are delicious. I had the mango and it was fabulous and so smooth. While you are waiting, take a look around all the fruit and honey. Well worth the stop and wait.

Besides being an incredible open-air market with local, fresh produce and all kinds of other great stuff, this is the BEST place in Miami to get a milkshake. At any given time of day, the milkshake line is very long - but worth the wait. I always stop on my way back from Everglades National Park for an orange shake.... More

Get milkshakes, pick up some produce and read about how Robbie started this stand! They will cut up fresh mangoes, coconuts for coconut water- whatever you want. So glad we stopped for a midday treat!

I think this might be fun with little children. The animals were just sort of smelly to me. We bought milkshakes here and they were very good. I bought some fresh fruit and veges for our trip. It was all good, but very expensive, the fruit cost me $70. We were headed for the keys and saw another fruit stand... More

Stopped on our way to Everglades. The line for milk shakes wasn't too bad so we dove in. Spouse had a strawberry, I had a mamey, the sweet tuber, flavor rather like a pumpkin pie. Enjoyed them as we wandered the fruit/veggie stand, the small displays of critters and antique tractors. Fun little stop.Too bad our schedule didn't allow for... More

We visited "Robert is Here" because it is where Garl's Coastal Kayaking departs for its tours of the Everglades. We had a little while to look around before we went on Garl's tour and we tried a couple of milkshakes. WOW! The Papaya-Key Lime and Strawberry-Passion Fruit shakes were both amazing! We will definitely return on our next trip to... More

Heard this as a tradition when visiting the Everglades. Well I get it. Great smoothies and some very interesting tropical fruit. Well worth taking the time to stop and enjoy

Robert Is Here is a fun place to stop. The fruit milkshakes are famous and the samplings of exotic fruits are helpful to people who aren't familiar with some of the really unusual ones. There are also plenty of souvenir type honeys, sauces, and so forth.

Since I didn't purchase anything here I cannot give a rating. But since a rating is required I will leave one that reflects the experience of another family - read on: We pulled up to this place and noticed signs in front of the parking spaces warning customers not to leave their valuables visible in the car. After getting out... More
