Been here several times since he opened. Even had birthday parties there. Great reptile park, and also a great learning experience for everyone. Nice staff, and easy to find.

We have taken our four grandsons and they loved going into the small pond and pulling the alligator upon the bank. I think the price to go into the pond adds some more money to the total cost. I would be nice if the price to get in includes going into the alligator pond.

We felt sorry for the Gators. I thought the people who teased, poke were cruel. We went there to see gators, but not to see abuse by the gator boys. It was expensive to take the family. I will not go back.

We went earlier this year and have been back 3 more times. The educational portion is the most intriguing. The staff are very knowledgeable and dedicated to conservation and knowledge.

We visited mid week and out of season so we were the only visitors, so we were given a personal tour of the creatures in the indoors enclosures. It was very interesting and fun. We got to hold snakes and alligators. We were left to wander round the enclosures outside. It was much better than the very touristy ones in... More

I must say this was one of the highlights of this trip! It was great to meet the Gator Boys! They really get into their show! They are friendly and really get the crowd involved! If Seeing the huge alligators and having huge snakes wrapped around your neck is your idea of fun then you will love it here! I... More

This is a nice pit stop if your In the area. This is not a big place. It will probably take you 2 hours at the most to tour and watch the informational show. Most of the people that work there are interns. Gator Country is considered a theme park. They are not considered a rescue center by the government.... More

Fun for the family but seasonal. They have a restaurant nothing fancy. Very informative and you get to hold an alligator.

Felt great to learn about various reptiles. We got to hold pythons and baby gators, it was very exciting and fun. Only con: we bought adventure pass but couldn't use it well coz we weren't provided correct information on how and where to redeem the pass.

Charming Bride had the intent of seeing an alligator. We toured east of the Sabine Pass, north to Lake Charles, and back to Port Arthur, sadly no critters appeared. The next best tactic to was search the internet and find an attraction that was nearby. Luckily for us, Gator Country was almost in our back yard. Using one of the... More
