played Newport Bay on Saturday and had reservations for Seaside on Sunday. Newport must have been under water based upon the condition of the grass. Cards didn't match the hole monuments from yardage standpoint ; no diagram of the holes on the cards or monuments so if you are playing for the first time you have no idea where the... More

Played the Newport Bay course this weekend and was very disappointed. Course was in very bad shape, overbooked, and rangers pushing play to a ridiculous point. The fairways were awful, looked as if they are only minimally maintained. The staff was ok, the guys who loaded and unloaded the carts did a nice job considering the amount of people that... More

Played Newport Bay course with 11 other players over Easter weekend. Despite the rough winter experienced down in the Delmarva region, the conditions were very poor. It appears that management has kind of given up on maintaining this course properly. The fairways were an embarrassment. The rough is very patchy and gives the course a dreadful appearance. The greens looked... More

Played the Newport bay course, which was in Great shape, with some great views scenic layouts. They had just had a lot of rain, which meant cart path only, which was a drag. Most unfriendly staff from cart drop to pro shop staff, to starter I've experienced in OC.

Just came back from our annual golf trip to Ocean City md and thought I would write a review of this course as the experience was less than expected. Have played almost all of the courses in this region except for this one. This trip we played Rum Pointe and Bear Trap dunes before OCGC and those were in great... More

In an area with some outstanding courses OCGC is not one of them. I've played worst but not many and I've been treated worst but not very often. Don t count on anyone helping you at the bag drop in fact you'd be better to park and carry your clubs it's faster. Billed as a parkland setting The seaside course... More

My golf trip consisted of Man O'War, Eagles Landing, OC Golf, and Rumpointe. Unfortunately, OCG is the one that I'll remember the most. Why? Because it was such a let down from soup to nuts. 1. Bag drop- it was the ONLY place I played where the bag boys could not be bothered to help. 2. Pro Shop- could not... More

OCGY offers two different 18 hole courses. My favorite is Newport Bay which offers both scenic and challanging golf. Many of the holes are positioned right on or very near to the bay. Most holes are challanging requiring tee and or multiple shots over water. The more traditional "Seaside" course has some water but is more tree lined. It is... More

A good place to play. Rates are reasonable (about $75 on weekends). Check for online discounts which are often available.
