Hit a few class II rapids which my 7 year old just loved but the view, that view was spectacular! Very refreshing to just float in the Colorado water and go down the river. Our guide was alright, we stopped and ate lunch along the way. Trip was expensive and I would rent on my own next time.

We loved this river ride through the remote, uninhabited canyon with friendly and competent guides. Go with Adrift Adventures! They will tell you stories about the outlaws, show you the eagles (3 bald eagles in one day), and give you a geology lesson, all while making sure that you have a wild, wet time!

A slow cruise down the river at night -- what a great experience! They have been doing this trip for 50 years and it shows! It was a well choreographed and informative view of the canyon.

I had never river-rafted before so it was a little daunting as the bus drove us to the embarcation point. We were given life-vests and safety instructions. Our guide was personable, a little like Owen Wilson in personality. He explained the makings of the canyon, pointed out geological aspects on the mountainside, and made sure we hit all the rapids... This four hour experience with a knowledgeable, humorous friendly helpful guide was worth a trip to Moab. The small group of 18 was perfect and everyone enjoyed similar aspects of the attractions

We had the most beautiful 4 hour ride, our captain was very interesting in his explanations of the area and funny! A total different perspective from the River.

Our guide, Torey(sp?) was excellent. Very well organized. Length of trip was right on with a lunch placed about in the middle of the activity. The ride to the drop off point on route 128, the second most scenic route in the US was fabulous. Highly recommended for water adventure buffs.

While it is not a challenging rafting experience- 1 day in raft/kayak - just a few bouncy rapids - it was fun - water fights and swimming in the river added to overall experience. The water is very silty so don't wear good clothes - you won't get the Colorado dirt out. Guides from Moab Adventure Centre were young and... More

Perfect way to see the canyon and ancient features showing how the canyon was laid down by the Colorado River.
