Booked a tour with Moab Desert Adventures when we landed in Moab, Looking to do some fun combination rappelling, hiking experience with my son. Nate made it all easy to get set up and Jay was our guide. Jay was terrific, seasoned guide with a great attitude. We were a bit nervous doing our first drop and Jay was great... More

Our guide Jay took us to the Morning Glory Arch for our tour which included 2 separate rappels, both were awe-inspiring and incredibly fun. We also took an additional 2 mile hike through Negro Bill Canyon which was one of our favorite hikes in Moab. Nate (the owner) and Jay were were both awesome and customer service was as good... More

We recently did a 4 person canyoneering trip led by Marie and had an amazing time! As someone who was new to this and feeling overwhelmed and scared Marie, our guide, made me feel safe and secure. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my first time experience one I will never forget. I highly recommend using Moab Desert... More

For a person with a fear of heights going on their first rappelling and canyoneering tour, I had a great experience with Moab Desert Adventures. Marie was a fantastic guide who was a very knowledgeable and experienced guide who made us feel very comfortable. It was an experience of a life time that I will never forget. They were very... More

This was my second trip to Moab and my second time using Moab Desert Adventures and once again it was awesome. The first call to Nate, to set up the trip, was terrific. He suggested we do the Hidden Splendor hike and it was perfect. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel safe the entire time - particularly... More

Had a great time on my first canyoneering trip. The guide was knowledgeable of fauna and flora as well as ropes and safety measures. Nate was very flexible setting up a solo trip for me with one on one ratio. Best rate in town and everything i expected. Friendly and personable. Thank u!

Ever since watching the famous Mission Impossible 2 rock climbing scene I was comitted to the dead horse point near Moab. That actually got me into climbing myself evetually. So whe planning my vacation it was obvious... More

Dave and Emma Medara are top notch and they bring some of the best climbing talents in the world to their guiding team. I took their splitter camp some years ago and the service and instruction were excellent. I would happily use them again and I strongly recommend them if you need assistance in your southern Utah adventures.

My husband and I (73 and 68) tried canyoneering for the first time with our grandson for his 17th birthday. What a thrill. We had never done rappelling before and Marie took wonderful care of us. She also took our grandson for a one on one half day of climbing which he was thrilled with and felt he had learned... More

So, let me first say that I got A+ customer service. I e-mailed Nate the owner and operator about my husband and I's anniversary and how we wanted adventure and challenge, but we don't like large groups of people. Nate responded within a day, we exchanged e-mails back and forth and he was always available. I have tons of questions... More
