We had a great experience canyoneering Hypatia Canyon. Our guide Chris was very nice, helpful throughout the whole trip. He showed his loved for the outdoors and guiding! We felt safe and had a great experience. I contacted Brett the owner by phone and I never got to meet him but he was very helpful and always returned my calls... More

We went rockclimbing the middle of October. The high for the day was 40 degrees. We were worried we would freeze to death, it was actually perfect weather to climb. We have climbed in the gym before but this was our first outdoor climb. Our guide was very patient and very encouraging. We had such a great experience we WILL... More

We did the 1/2 day Ephedra’s Grotto canyoneering trip in early October, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Moab. Our guide's name was Dustin, I believe, and he was very laid back, but made sure everybody was safe. The rapels down both cliffs were breathtaking, but be prepared for a short hike in, and a... We had a great time with Jerome on the half day rock climbing trip. It was late in the season so it was just us and Jerome, the guide. We were able to climb routes that were challenging and appropriate for our skill. We had a awesome time and will definitely return for another trip.

We went canyoneering w/ Jerome the last week of Oct. It was the highlight of our vacation! Jerome was awesome! He got us all over that first 140 ft drop, even my 12 yr. old who had tears in her eyes going over the edge but big smiles at the bottom. The day was one adrenalin rush after an other.... More

Great experience for my 15 year old son and I. Day one was spent climbing and rappeling on the Rockeneering trip. Riley provided for a safe and challenging route that gave us confidence to tackle the Ancient Arts Tower climb. Could have asked for a more memorable experience, that made for a great father, son that will be on our... More

I took the advanced canyoneering class in Oct'14. There were only two of us in the class, and I felt like I'm getting a 3-day private lesson. Jerome, the instructor, was very professional and knowledgeable. Jerome help me refine some of my canyoneering skills as well as gaining some. I was a little bit skeptical in the beginning with the... More

I must admit that if I could have found a graceful way to get out of our first rappel, I would have taken it. I had signed my husband and myself up for a beginners' canyoneering trip to Ephedra Grotto, because it was something he had always wanted to do. I was less enthusiastic. However, our guide John was both... More

This was my first canyoneering experience and our guide (Dustin) and the others on the trip made for a safe and memorable time. Dustin was patient and encouraging. The trip was Hypatia Canyon with three rappels (130ft drop beside Teardrop Arch, 50ft second rappel, and our last challenge: an exposed 100ft rappel). Challenging but well worth the time!

Wow, we have just had a fantastic afternoon climbing with Joe. Joe took just the two of us out and as complete beginners he taught us well and really put us at ease. His attention to our safety was his primary concern and as such he got the pace spot on so we didn't feel rushed or pressured into doing... More
