This was our first time rappelling and the Ephreda's Grotto was a very nice, easy start. In the first rappel, the biggest challenges are probably in 1) getting over the cliff and 2) maintaining contact with the cliff as you go down. In the second one, it looks scarier but is actually easier because you don't have to worry about... More

What an amazing part of Utah! Canyons after canyons all along Utah from Panguitch along highway#12. So much to do in Moab from hiking, cycling.ATVing, kayaking. Give yourself enough time to discover all the canyons and national parks- at least 1week. The red rocks will take your breath away! We rode our ATVs and discovered the terrains into red rocks... We went rockclimbing the middle of October. The high for the day was 40 degrees. We were worried we would freeze to death, it was actually perfect weather to climb. We have climbed in the gym before but this was our first outdoor climb. Our guide was very patient and very encouraging. We had such a great experience we WILL... More

We did the 1/2 day Ephedra’s Grotto canyoneering trip in early October, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Moab. Our guide's name was Dustin, I believe, and he was very laid back, but made sure everybody was safe. The rapels down both cliffs were breathtaking, but be prepared for a short hike in, and a... We had a great time with Jerome on the half day rock climbing trip. It was late in the season so it was just us and Jerome, the guide. We were able to climb routes that were challenging and appropriate for our skill. We had a awesome time and will definitely return for another trip.

We went canyoneering w/ Jerome the last week of Oct. It was the highlight of our vacation! Jerome was awesome! He got us all over that first 140 ft drop, even my 12 yr. old who had tears in her eyes going over the edge but big smiles at the bottom. The day was one adrenalin rush after an other.... More

Great experience for my 15 year old son and I. Day one was spent climbing and rappeling on the Rockeneering trip. Riley provided for a safe and challenging route that gave us confidence to tackle the Ancient Arts Tower climb. Could have asked for a more memorable experience, that made for a great father, son that will be on our... More

I took the advanced canyoneering class in Oct'14. There were only two of us in the class, and I felt like I'm getting a 3-day private lesson. Jerome, the instructor, was very professional and knowledgeable. Jerome help me refine some of my canyoneering skills as well as gaining some. I was a little bit skeptical in the beginning with the... More
