After an action packed day that day before this was a nice welcoming surprise! We took off as the sun came up and we were able to see the sun red rocks of the Canyonlands and Arches National Park. We had a group of 16 and we had heaps of room, our pilot was very friendly and knowledgeable. The landing... More

It was a gift for my wifes birthday. We both loved it. I would go again in a heart beat. It was so exciting but i also felt very safe.

Great views of the Green and Colorado River valleys. Senior Pass works for free entry. Sales at the Visitor Center require UT "State Sales Tax' because it is run by a private concessionaire. Very good roads. Most people there in the AM when it is the coolest.

This was our second hot air balloon ride, and it was better than the first. We took off just after the sun came up and drifted toward Canyonlands National Park. The scenery over Arches and Canyonlands as the sun came up was great to see from the air. Captain Lou and his crew took good care of our group of... More

It is September and it is suppose to be cooler however 90 degrees it a bit warm when hiking. Visited Mesa arch as well as several other spectacular overlooks. Grand View is a place that you can see forever and ever. Mesa Arch can live your tummy tickling if you get near the edge. Be sure to watch the kids... More

Lou, the pilot and owner of the small company, was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgable of the sites we flew over, made sure to talk to everyone in the balloon equally, answered any and all questions, and judged the mood/atmosphere of the people in the balloon. We were an adventuresome bunch, he assessed that, and he made the... More

It's the only way to see the canyons. Lou was awesome, and the balloon ride was fantastic! You get to see the entire balloon get inflated prior to takeoff, and landing the balloon was awesome!

There is nothing that compares to riding in a hot air balloon. Our host took us through the canyons not just above, described formations, and spent time getting to know each person in the basket. You can't get views like this anywhere else! It was well worth every penny - something we will definitely do again!

This is an absolute must if you have the money and time when visiting Moab. A great experience for the family and all ages. I was a little nervous about doing this as I don't like heights, but as soon as we took off I felt absolutely fine. Lou is a great guy who is the pilot and guide. He... More
