Rent a 4 wheeler and enjoy the ride!

Rented a four wheel drive for a week in Moab. This is a wonderful drive best done early in the morning for good pictures and to avoid the traffic later in the day. The views are fantastic and the road leads to chicken corners.

Great views, easy trail up to Hurrah Pass. Stop to see the ancient petroglyphs on the rock on the way up to the Pass. Going down the west side (down from Hurrah Pass towards Chicken Corners) is a little bit harder but a stock vehicle driven with care can make it easily.

This trail is also called kane creek road right out of moab, just turn west at mc donalds. We biked the first couple miles up hill. After that it was a steep down hill decent that we didn't want to ride back up. Instead, we got back in the car, a stock suv with low range gears will do, and... More

Nice trail in canyon, paved along a river for the first couple of miles. As it turns to gravel and climbs, it can get very hot. My kids (ages 10 - 16) didn't last long at that point (was maybe an hour or so before they complained). But you can turn around whenever you like. It's fairly scenic. A good... More
