This place is incredibly gorgeous. It is just awesome - beyond words with every turn. Great for families. The park fee is $10 per car, but the pass is good for a week. I would have paid $10 per day without batting an eye. Breathtaking scenery, tons of hiking, you won't have enough time no matter how long you are... More

There's so much easy hiking that can be done, and the arches are RIGHT THERE and very easy to get to.

It's hard to see how some of these arches still remain in place, amazing. We chose to just take the scenic drive which was awesome. Like most national parks, you can spend a short amount of time or take as long as you like, hiking and camping for much longer periods. We only spent a few hours. Our favorite stops... More

We planned on spending less than a day here, but we kept going back! It was great!! The views were breathtaking. We saw most of the main arches, and none of the hikes were too bad. We loved that the park was open 24 hours and we went to balanced rock at midnight for some incredible star gazing and watched... More

The park is small enough that you can see just about everything. The views are unique and amazing. There are some quality hikes as well. Park Avenue is an underrated hike though some towering red sandstone structures. Balanced rock is great for pictures with the La Sal mountains in background. And if you are going to see Delicate Arch, hike... More

Lots to see there. Give yourself at least a day, two would be better. We have visited Arches twice - once in July and once in mid April. In July can be very hot (106 F) making even a mile hike difficult. But in April, the weather is much better (75 F) and hiking and climbing much easier. The kids... More

Arches is just a spectacular place to see, with something like 2000 arches, and it truly deserves the high ratings it gets! We had a great day there, and there are some tricks to getting the most out of your visit. Firstly, Arches, like most national parks, is very light on places to buy things. So before you go to... You can just drive and get off at the view points, but you certainly get a better view if you hike the trails to each of the arches or monuments. Broken Arch was my favourite.

If you only have a few hours in the park make sure you see Landscape Arch and then Delicate arch at sunset. Unbelievably beautiful!

A little Hike but worth it!! We took all of our kids including our 6 yr old who made it up the trail. You can go at your own pace and the views are amazing.
