This was on bucket list of must do and I wasn't disappointed! There is a lot of walking involved and it was 102 degrees when we were there. So I would recommend coming earlier in the summer or even fall.

I'm so glad I included Arches on my trip. I stayed in Moab (Super 8 Motel) then got up early the next day to beat the crowds and the heat. I'm so glad I did. Most of my drive into Arches was unrestricted, getting into the park before the Ranger Station even open. Easy, relaxed drive through the park and... More

Arches is a great place to visit. Several hikes to do, and so many arches in the park. My wife and I hiked to Delicate Arch, the Devil's Garden trail, and also the Fiery Furnace hike (need to get a permit at the Visitor's Center to hike Fiery Furnace). With these hikes and visiting the whole park, it took us... More

I was a little disappointed. I guess I expected more arches. The ones they have you have to walk to see them. Glad I came and got to see all the majestic beauty.

This National Park is unbelievable! So many things to see and great hikes to different arches and rock formations. Great for families but also good for the serious hikers!

We took a park tour with our Ranger Lisa of the Fiery Furnace. She was so knowledgeable of the park (rock formations, plants, animals, etc). Our 2 boys ages 9 and 11 loved maneuvering the rocks on the hike. Wish it could have been all day - it was so fun!

This park is excellent! It is very crowded though, so try to get there early. Lots of tour busses, and in the afternoon some of the parking lots at the trailheads are full. Because of the July heat we tried to be "on the trail" by 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. Pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and magnitude... More

One of the most picturesque National Parks in the USA. We stayed in Moab for four nights and five days and kept going back to it daily. The colors change with the time of day and the sights were unforgettable during the build-up to a thunderstorm. The hikes to some of the arches can be long- so be prepared for... More

We went here in late June. Every moment, every turn of the road brings another spectacular landscape. We wanted to do a few hikes so we chose to start with delicate arch. This is one of those "signature" national park hikes. It is amazing! Climbing the large dome of slickrock, along ledges, and finally to the amazing arch view itself.... More
