My wife and I went here during our visit to Harper's Ferry. On a Friday night nearly every other place was closed around 8pm. Service was pretty good, there were quite a few tables occupied inside, but we sat outside. Nice view of the river valley. Excellent craft beers and our server was pretty knowledgeable about them. Food was pretty... More

The best thing about this place is the view out over the River! Otherwise, don't waste your time. There was a sign that told us to wait to be seated. We waited and waited some more. Finally somebody showed up and took us to our seat. We requested outside. I should have known something was wrong when I only saw... More

Scenery: 3/5- Cozy. Clean. Nice view, but everything has a nice view in that area. Service: 2/5- Manager was friendly, but service was slow and inconsistent. Had to ask for silverware. She disappeared after she gave us our food. Food: 1/5- The plainest steak and cheese sandwich I've ever had. $10. They gave me like 15 tiny French fries to... More

We visited the Secret Six once before so we knew what to expect. The service is always slower, but if you're patient (and don't bring children), then it's not a bad experience. We sat on the deck so the view was wonderful. My husband ordered a Burger and I ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The food was good, not amazing, but... More

Worst dinner I have ever had in my entire life. If you do decide to go there, go use the restroom and peak in the kitchen first, you might change your mind. It took 30 minutes to get menu's, we were given the lunch menu's so everything was more expensive than we thought when we got the bill. The wine... More

I've eaten lunch at this facility at least 10 times. My favorites are the burgers, the Cobb salad, and the steak and cheese. Add to the good food, the friendly, helpful staff, both servers and cook and you have the perfect lunch. Beautiful view also!

Neat place, real wood paneling. Named for the men who helped fund John Brown's raid. They had some tap beers from a craft brewery Mountain State Brewing Co. Good Beer!

My friend and I were at Harpers Ferry for the day and stopped into the Secret Six for a quick bite. We were seated immediately on the deck in the sun. Meagan was our server (sweet and very attentive). The food wasn't the most amazing thing I've ever eaten, but it's a pub and it's good pub food. Highly recommend... More

A Harper’s Ferry staple. Secret Six has been here for years and we have eaten here many times. Not much has changed over the years (see 2008 review). For us, it is a somewhat comfortable/cozy place and the service is good, it just fits in with the rest of Harper’s Ferry. Food has never been their strong point, meaning that... More
