Bring your bigger kids. Something for everyone here- but better be able to walk. This is not a tour for the wheelchair bound- too bad, too, because it's a very cool tour. (Actually, if you are in a wheelchair, skip Harper's Ferry altogether. The place is one big rock climb.) Rick Garland knows his stuff. I wish we had taken...

Wonderful tour with a great tour guide. Friends and I took this tour on a recent Saturday night. The guide was informative, had a booming voice and he spun great, entertaining and informative stories. I enjoyed hearing more about the history and the characters who shaped Harpers Ferry. If you like to hear about haunting and spirits, you'll really enjoy...

This tour was filled with lots of history and ghost stories. The tour guide was well educated on local lore and was a fabulous story teller. My 11 year old and I went on the tour and we both enjoyed it. The walk back to our hotel after the tour sure was spooky :) highly recommend.

Our group of 18 really enjoyed this tour, kids and grown ups alike. Some of us were history junkies and some were not, but we all enjoyed the mix of history and ghost stories. Rick is an awesome story teller and this was one of the best things we did on our trip. A must do if you're in HF!

We took the Ghost tour of Harpers Ferry with a group of 18 friends and family members. We had 9 children who ranged in age from 7-13. Our tour guide was very informed and entertaining. We learned a lot about the history of the town and the background of the ghost stories. It was not too scary, but "spooky" enough...

The evening ghost tour of Harpers Ferry led by Rick is great for ghost believers and skeptics alike. For skeptics like me, Rick did a great job storytelling as each ghost story is rooted in a historical anecdote. He leaves it up to you on whether you want to believe it or not. Rick, who was very knowlegable about Civil...

Guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Plenty of real Harpers Ferry / Civil War history to form the backdrop for the ghost stories themselves. Presented in a way that would be interesting to almost anyone with a desire to learn about 19th century life in America.
