We stopped here looking for Raspberries or Blueberries. They were out of both and it was too early for apples.we also were looking for bulbs which they did not have. they did have some local wine and various birdhouses, jams etc for sale. Overall it had the look and feel or late in the season for berries and too early... More

We expected more from the recommendation we had gottten at the Bayfield Visitor's Center. The person serving "apple wine" was a delightful gentleman although the wines were awful. But $5 with a glass was an OK value - a grandchild will use the glass later for juice .

Fun and great jams! Losts of apples to chose from and also some nice wind chimes. Just fun to look around and see all the wines and goodies they had to offer.

The Hauser family where so warm and welcoming! As we pulled up to Hauser's Superior View Orchard we realized it was closed for the afternoon...we were a little bummed out when all of a sudden we got welcomed into their home by some local friends of the family. They asked who we were and I told them that my boyfriends... More

Besides all the apples, this place has a great sense of humor. Loved the barn and the kick-in-the-pants machine. If you only have time to visit one orchard, I'd recommend this one.

We stopped here mainly to see their Sears mail-order barn. We were looking for the Bayfield Winery and did not realize it was connected to Hauser – a hint if you go, the Hauser signs on County J are much easier to spot than the Bayfield Winery sign we were looking for, and there are no grape vines to mark... They have an old red barn they use for their store and upper loft had a collection of old artifacts, hats, beer cans etc. and a great view. The yard was full of beautiful flowers and they did have a small hot house and some plants for sale. They have their own fruit winery! For $3 you can sample their... More

My husband and I have been to several wineries, and this by far was the most interesting. Something about the quaintness of the 1800s red barn and all of the beautiful flowers, along with the light Lake Superior mist that day made it seem memorable. There is nothing fancy about it, (wine tasting is $2 for 11 wines and you... More

This is a fun place to stop with your family. They have very interesting food and drinks with samples of everythng out to try. We got spreads and wine which is apple based. There are some interesting things to see - climb on a tractor, huge barn with even bigger hat collection, a kicking machine, and a lovely hot house.... More

We tasted their fruit-based wines. There was a charge of $3 per person, but you do receive a glass and you get to try all of their wines. We enjoyed their wines and purchased 3 to take home with us.
