We went with Red and White Fleet's Bridge 2 Bridge Cruise and had a great time. The audio tour comes in multiple languages (you choose one on your personal set) and tells a lot about the history of the city, of the history around Alcatraz island - you get a close view from the ship! - and the two big... Friday March 28th 2014 we took a fantastic twilight cruise on the Bay aboard the Royal Prince. The weather was magnificent and the staff could not have been nicer!! The cruise took us from the pier under the Golden Gate Bridge around Alcatraz and all the way around the Bay turning around in McCovey's cove at AT&T Ball Park, there... More

My partner and I booked the evening tour for our FIRST DAY in San Fran and while the staff were friendly, the food (particularly the pulled pork) gave my partner severe food poisoning that evening. The tour is solo boring, there is only audio around Alcatraz. Would NOT recommend this tour to anyone, unless you really like being bored and... More

We took a Father's Day dinner cruise last summer and so enjoyed the trip. The food was mediocre, sandwiches and salad. If you don't get down there right away when they start serving, you will not get anything. We ate before the trip so no worries for us, just enjoyed the boat ride. There was live music, and we were... More

We took the Bridge to Bridge tour. We were given individual earphones along with audio tour. The narrator was understandable, informative and the tour was offered in various languages. We left in the light and headed out to the Golden Gate Bridge. We passed under the bridge and then headed back into the Bay as the sun went down. The... More

We didn't even have 2 full days in San Francisco, but made good use of every minute with a combination of planning, street cars, buses, and lots of walking. We had not originally planned on taking this tour, but decided to on our second and last morning. We were staying near Fisherman's Wharf to it was very convenient to get... More

Initially, I had booked this as alternate choice because the Alcatraz tour had sold out. The bay cruise turns out to be pretty a good choice, cruising to the Golden state bridge and Alcatraz. The individual audio commentary definitely good and everybody can enjoy the scenery while listening to the narration at your own language. The cruise go around Alcatraz,... More

We went on the bridge to bridge tour sailing out along the waterfront under Golden Gate, past Alcatraz down to the Bay bridge before heading back to the pier. The personal audio commentary was a great way to hear about the history of the area but made it difficult to talk to anyone else in our party. Couldn't have asked... More

We booked this trip on the pier without any prior planning and had a great time. They offered a military discount that knocked the family price down to $69. For a one-hour tour of the Bay, that is a bargain in my book. The audio tour was very informative. Bring a jacket, because it is very windy out under the... More

I took the $28 Bay Cruise. Cruise departed at 1:15pm for 1 hr. It wasn't crowded. Almost everyone on the boat has a space in the upper deck. The audio guide was good in explaining everything we see on the cruise. The boat took us under the Golden Gate Bridge, and turned around. I only managed to get 2 good... More
