The cruise is beautiful, the boat excellent. Crew friendly. The audio and headset is very poor quality and I had a tough time following as the audio went in and out. Changed device couple of times before just putting it aside and enjoying the ride. My family with seniors and teenager loved the trip. The weather was perfect. The trip... More

We experienced a really pleasurable cruise which took us past Alcatraz, Angel Island then under the Golden Gate. Sunset across the bay was stunning, as was the rising of the crimson moon. Suggest you have some warmer clothes, although you can easily stay warm inside the decks. Many photo opportunities including a sail past Solsaulito. There was plenty of enjoyable... More

The best way to see San Francisco Bay is to join the Red and White Fleet cruise, which takes you under the Golden Gate Bridge and passes Alcatraz on the way back. All passengers are given head phones which provide a running commentary as the boat passes various landmarks. The boat has an adequate cafeteria. For those wanting photographs it... More

I went on the California Sunset Cruise. The cruise left at 7.00pm and got back at 9.00pm. You get greats views of Alcatraz, the Bay Bridge, stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge as well as the city lights. There is a buffet on this cruise and your ticket also gets you a free beer, wine or soft drink. There... More

I can't figure out why this isn't rated higher! We took the one hour cruise out past the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Angel Island and it was delightful. Boat is clean and dry with plenty of seating inside and out. The cruise is narrated and an excellent way to see more of San Francisco. Thoroughly enjoyed this cruise!

We went on the California Sunset Cruise, and it was amazing! The boat ride was smooth, not crowded, and the staff were extremely friendly. The appetizers offered were sufficient enough for a full meal - sandwiches, salads, desserts. One free beer, wine or soda with your ticket was a nice touch, and prices were not different from what you would... More

This is a great way to start your tour around SF! The boat was comfortable and uncrowded and departed promptly, the recorded commentary was enjoyable and informative. Highly recommended.

We took the 1h30 bridge 2 bridge cruise that took us from pier 43 1/2 to Golden Gate bridge, then passing close to Alcatraz (slowly enough) to bay bridge and back to pier. It appears to be less popular that the 1h-cruise, and we had less people on the boat we could see much more people waiting for the other... More

Great location, downtown San Fran. Reasonably priced. Headsets given for information about the boat tour were not all that great, but could catch a good deal of history and information about the tour. Perfect views of San Francisco and Golden Gate Bridge. Tour a little over an hour

Great view from the boat, unfortunately the boat itself seems a little run down. 1) The decks could use a power washing to get rid of the smell (heard another passenger complain that it smelled like pee, and I agree with that.) 2) There were flies EVERYWHERE on the decks. We didn't encounter so many flies anywhere else on our... More
