We took tour of AT&T Park and enjoyed every minute. We are baseball fans, well I am-wife sometimes. Tour guide showed us stadium, visitor locker room, batting cage, and told stories as we walked. There are elevators if needed.

Seeing a baseball game in AT&T park should be at the top of any baseball lover's must do list. This ballpark was built for the fans and players to celebrate the greatness of the game and the beauty of the SF Bay Area. I always get a lump in my throat when arrive at the top of the stairs and... If you're in SF, and you're going to go to an outdoor venue, then AT&T park is in about the warmest part of the city, literally. Candlestick can't hold "a candle" to AT&T park. While the food is moderately expensive, and Beer's are closer to $10, an afternoon there can bode for a great day. Evenings though be sure to... More

Okay, I am biased, but in my opinion, this is the best baseball park in the USA because it's beautifully located by the water, good food, and near the Embarcadero area.

While visiting San Francisco, my friend and I walked down to the AT&T Ballpark to catch a game between the Giants and the Dodgers. We didn't know if we would be able to get in because both teams were in playoff contention and it was reportedly sold out. About 2 blocks from the park we bought club level tickets for... More

I went for a Bowl game and the baseball park had to be reconfigured for it so it seemed rather unusual. With the beautiful vista of the Bay and the decent seating, it is a nice ballpark. I liked they had wine selections and there were plenty of other food and beverage choices. Of course, be prepared to pay exorbitant... More

One of the greatest places to watch playoff and World Series games. Great food and wonderful views of the bay and the surrounding cities across the bay and a nice micro-climate that usually allows games to be watched in shirt-sleeves lends to the mood here in this perpetually sold-out stands. The Giants have been inspired by the fans and their... More

I loved the park; the seats and the game. A few things to be careful of is - a.) Fans can be a little rowdy and nasty - esp. after enough time to drink. b.) The sun is intense!!! Make SURE to bring sunscreen or you will burn to a crisp!! All around great time though; in one of the... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
