Saw Game 2, which was so much fun. Very friendly staff there. Free giveaways every gameday. Tailgate parties are entertaining. Just got to love the feeling of a baseball game.

This ball field is absolutely gorgeous From our seats we had a clear view of the many sailboats and kayakers who were in the harbor taking in the game.

If the Giants are playing - this is a top 10 San Francisco experience for both locals and tourists. Wonderful new era stadium with great eats and a team that's been exciting these last couple years.

This was a fun and exciting visit. We were there on a day when there was a ball game. We did not attend the game but still had a great time. The weather was absolutely beautiful and all the fans seemed to be in a fantastic mood. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

One of the best ballparks I've ever been to (and Ive seen many). Modern yet classic. Big comfy seats. Location by the bay is amazing, though no splash downs last night. Eclectic but wide assortments of foods (garlic fries and crab sandwiches, yum). Fans are friendly. Odd to see a "house DJ" playing b/w innings but go with it, its... More

A must see when going to San Francisco during baseball season, even if you are not a Giants fan. The few from the stadium is iconic. You see three different bridges, including the Golden Gate Bridge from your seat. Then there is the food. A Crab Sandwich in a ballpark! Try and leave the park a little early, you will... More

If go make sure you make your way out to the outfield. The food out there is awesome. It's always nice to look at the bay between innings. Be careful on seat selection there are some that are limited in view and take away from the expereince.

Bias alert. I'm a lifelong Giants fan. That said I hated the 'Stick. Horrible baseball venue. They could have built another Oakland Coliseum and it would have been an improvement. I have been to most of the MLB ballparks and Fenway is just simply the best. Wrigley too has a special feel. And I love that the new parks offer... More

Season ticket holder of the Giants for over 15 years. Whether they are winning World Series or stinking up the cellar, this is by one of my favorite if not the best ballpark to visit in the US. The food is really good if you avoid the traditional hot dog or burger (try the Sheboygan or the Carvey Sliders instead)... More

As a die hard baseball fan (even if you are from LA) you need to check out this place for a game and to try the food. There isn't a bad seat in the house - so don't spend a ton of money on seats. Most days you can buy tickets from the ticket window or on stubhub (sometimes for... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
