Open air experience in an old fire truck, it's an excellent way to take a trip over the Golden Gate Bridge, a must if you have kids, really informative, and a great opportunity for taking pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge from a different perspective. Just a tip it's a bit of a 'bone jerker' after all it is an... More

We got this for our nearly-three year old but had at least as much fun as he did - and he spontaneously burst into laughter at least five times. Deborah's quirky bursting into song and the great commentary from someone who clearly loves what she does meant this was a lot more than the 50s classic fire engine cruise over... More

Special tour with so much fun. Great guides and many nice places with a ride over the Bridge and a stop to take some Pictures. A must for every firefighter!

What an original way to see and hear about parts of San Francisco. We took our two sons with us who thoroughly enjoyed being in an open top fire truck but we would have enjoyed it just as much without kids. Interesting facts along the way as well as going across the Golden Gate Bridge with the wind in our... More

Good fun trip if travelling with children. Ride on a 1950s open top fire truck wearing original fire men's coats. Sing as you cross the bridge. Plenty of time for photo stops, not to mention people stopping to take photos of you and the truck as you drive past!

This tour was amazing! How cool to ride across the bridge in an open air vintage fire truck with Carly and Capt. Tom. They were so hilarious and very informative. I would recommend this as a great way to see part of the city and learn fun facts along the way.

We did the holiday lights tour and I thought it was great. Being a family from the area, it has to be something special to get us out to the tourist spots, and riding on the engine seeing holiday lights was definitely worth it. We also did a trolley one year, which was fun as well, but the fire engine... More

On a prior trip to San Francisco, we saw an old Mack fire engine with tourists aboard. Upon investigating when we got home, I read about the San Francisco Fire Engine Tour, and my wife and I decided to take it the next time we visited. This past August, the opportunity arose to visit San Francisco, and I booked the... More

This is a tour with a difference. Who wants to be on a boring old tour bus when you can go on an open air 1955 fire engine? Our tour guides, Captain Thomas and Captain Carly, were great. He drove and she narrated. She also sang and told jokes and generally kept everyone entertained. We smiled the whole way through.... More
