A bracing open air trip in a 1955 Mack Fire Engine across the Golden Gate Bridge. Informative commentary from the co-driver. Great views of the bridge and the city from the other side of the bay. Just wish the co-driver had given up on her efforts to get the passengers to sing along with her. She tried hard (especially bearing... More

Jumped on the fire truck completing a group tour at the last minute. Excellent tour and loved the whacky songs and enthusiastic tour guides. We went on a cold, windy, foggy day and still had fun. Had fireman jackets and blankets to keep warm and dry. Views of the bridge were fogged out but still had a great time.

This is a brilliant way to do an open topped tour of the city, not only does it let you fully appreciate the scale and grandeur of the Golden Gate and the whole setting of the bay but it also inspired us to visit other areas such as Cow Hollow. The driver and tour guide were passionately enthusiastic and the... More

We had an absolute blast on this unique tour. My husband found it while he was looking for something a little different to do and we thought it sounded like a lot of fun, and it sure was! It happened to be really foggy that day, so the ride over the bridge wasn't very scenic, but the fire jackets sure... More

What a hoot! We met up at at the Cannery and took off from there. We drove up Van Ness and through several other areas including the Presidio. All the while the tour guide was giving information about the area and singing songs. After the Presidio we went over the Golden Gate Bridge - beautifully clear day - and had... More

This was booked as a birthday surprise for my son who is a retained fire-fighter. We tried booking on the website, but there were no suitable times / dates available. We phoned & immediately, a new trip was offered which fitted in with our plans. An email reminder was sent the day before and on the day, the fire truck... More

We received tickets to this your as a gift. It was a delightful way to see the sights of San Fran. It's a must for children. The commentary and sing songs during the tour is engaging for children. As an adult by the end of the tour I found myself singing along too! You are given a fireman jacket to... More

We took children (girls) age 5 and 9 on the tour and they both enjoyed themselves, especially the firemen jackets. The hour tour is perfect for young children. The tour begins near the old Ghiradelli chocolate factory and takes you up Van Ness (widest street in SF) through Cow Hollow, onto the Presidio and then over the Golden Gate into... More

My sisters and I surprised our dad with this fire truck tour. He is a retired fireman and thought he would love this!! We were right, the tour was awesome. The firetruck is an open air Mac50 I believe. They provide you fireman jackets if you wish to wear one. There are also seat belts for your safety. The tour... More

Worth every penny, excellent commentary, nothing was out of the way for them from emails to actual tour, it included the wearing of traditional fire truck coats and I tell you, You Need Them, its gets chilly on the bridge, but it adds to the tour also making the children feel special.
